Perfect beach getaway

  • 5 of 5

An amazing week away with my family of 5. My husband and I stayed at this house this past summer with our three children. I meant to write a review sooner, but time just got away and as we were planning our return this year I thought it was the perfect time to finally write!

The house was spotless, linens were provided, beach chairs were available and even a couple floats for the kids were there. The location to the beach was great. We were able to spend the morning on the beach at low tide playing in the tide pools, skimboarding and collecting shells and beach glass. Went back to the house for lunch and snacks and then back to the beach to swim. The neighbors are also very friendly, this is definitely a family friendly beach.

Dinner on the deck was perfect between the sunset and the company. As I said before, we are already booking our trip for this year, we can't risk it booking up!

Perfect Cape Cod Vacation

  • 5 of 5

My family and I stayed at this wonderful Eastham home in late June this year. The house was better than the pictures! The wrap around deck and the views amazing! We loved the bay beach just a few steps away.

We couldn't be happier with our vacation and the owner was extremely helpful. Can't wait to return next year!

Best cape house! Helene

The perfect beach house

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this incredible house for a week in August. We are a family of four with 2 kids and the house was everything we were looking for. It is immaculately kept and was spotless when we arrived. All amenities were provided. The short walk to the beach meant that we could come and go to and from the beach multiple times a day - essential for a family with small children. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed and the living area allowed for a perfect view of the bay at any time of day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental and we hope to return next year. John was a pleasure to deal with and we are very grateful to him for sharing this beautiful home.

Beautiful cottage with amazing views!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay in this beach house and both visits have been incredible!! The house is very well maintained, the pictures don't do it justice. As soon as you walk upstairs to the main living/dining area, you can't help but be swept away by the unobstructed view of the bay. The space has been recently renovated and kept immaculately clean. The set-up is ideal for taking in all the beauty that the cape has to offer with large windows and a wrap-around deck right off the living room. Not only is the house a two minute walk to a semi-private beach and boating area, it is only about 1-2 miles away from the ocean side. So you get the best of both worlds. There are many wonderful little eateries nearby and about 10-15 minutes away is the town of Orelans where you can find any needed convenience (grocery/liquor stores, restaurants, mini-golf, etc.) Eastham has that quintessential Cape feel without being over the top, and its location allows you easy access to Wellfleet, Chatham, and Provincetown. The house is on a quiet residential road, has nice-sized yard, and an outdoor private shower. All in all, I would highly recommend a stay at this beach house and I can't wait to come back next year! Thanks to John and Maria for being so wonderful and allowing us to stay in this beautiful home!

I just spent an amazing week at this beautiful beach house. The house was immaculate and well taken care of. From the moment we walked in the door, we were overjoyed. The living area, kitchen and deck upstairs were perfect to relax and watch the ocean and sunsets. The description and photos of the house are not nearly as wonderful as the live version. The outdoor shower was delightful.

The beach is so close and the small group of neighbors on this street are all very welcoming. There are wonderful fish markets and restaurants very close to the street, as well as ice cream, mini golf and an adorable flea market.

I spent many years visiting the cape and I am so excited to have found this little slice of paradise. John was very responsive and accommodating in all of our communications and made the rental process very easy. I can't wait to return next year.
