Comfortable apartment in the seafront, situated in Cala Llamp, quiet residential area of ​​Puerto de Andratx. The building is a small community of 9 apartments with garden and pool. Very bright, consists of lounge with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and terrace with panoramic sea views and direct access to the swimming pool where the sun all day access views. It has a private parking. It is 2 km from the Port of Andratx, the fishing port where there is a wide range of activities center: diving, fishing, boating, relaxing, local and international cuisine, terraces, etc. Board to the fish market is the Tourist Information Office.

Schönes Apartement, toller Blich aus Meer und die Bucht.

Leider waren die Wände an einigen Stellen feucht und die Badezimmertür löste sich langsam auf. Hier hing das Türfurnier in Streifen herab.

EL DETERIORO DE LAS PUERTAS NO ES DEBIDO A LA HUMEDAD, HUBO UN FUERTE TEMPORAL, EN EL APARTAMENTO NO HABIA NADIE Y ESTABA ABIERTA LA PUERTA POSTERIOR, ENTRO AGUA Y SE ACUMULO EN EL SUELO Y LA PARTE INFERIOR DE LAS PUERTAS ABSORBIERON EL AGUA. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit super Meerblick, man kann gemütlich auf der Terasse sitzen, frühstücken, spielen, etc. Pool ausreichend groß zum schwimmen, Wohnung gut ausgestattet, Besitzer sehr freundlichen , hilfreich, gesamte Logistik (Schlüssel abholen etc.) ist ohne Probleme gelaufen. Parkplatz für Auto vorhanden. Gerne wieder :)

BELLE VUE MER & PISCINE ( presque ) privée !

Petite structure ( rare à Majorque ) dans quartier résidentiel avec piscine très bien entretenue où nous étions seuls à nous baigner , top .

location simple , facile d'accès avec garage privée à 2 pas .

Propriétaires charmants et arrangeants .

A pieds ( qq minutes ) , on accède à une crique aux eaux cristallines et aussi les pieds dans l'eau un restau / bar animé ( grain de folies ) .

A 10 mm en voiture , le port d'Andratx très sympa , on a pu louer un bateau pour une demie journée , fabuleux pour découvrir cette magnifique côte par la mer .... A 17 H , vous pouvez aller acheter votre poisson lors de l'arrivée des pêcheurs et aussi supermarché ouvert tous les jours ( même dimanche ) jusqu'à 21H30 , bien pratique !

Palma n'est qu'à 30 mm de route , jolie ville touristique à visiter .

Si vous ne voulez pas être dans la foule , la côte Ouest de Majorque est préférable et cet appartement est un bon point de départ pour de belles ballades .
