Very Nice Place

Owners have thought of everything, and that makes a very convenient and comfortable stay. Location is perfect, with the condo being right in the middle of the wharf area. Gym and Pool are close, as well as a lot of restaurants and shopping are nearby. Balcony faces parking lot, but very little noise and there is reserved parking, which is a must in the wharf area. You won't regret staying here, and I think it would be hard to find anything to regret about this place. Great value for the $$.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! All the little details and added touches were perfect, from laundry detergent and coffee creamer to beach chairs and the cool golfcart! The balcony was huge, with a great view. The owner, Dave, gave us great suggestions and his customer service was top-notch! Really didn’t need to leave the village , just about everything is within walking distance! Breakfast at Broken Egg Cafe was amazing and only feet from our lobby, as well as dinner at Marlin Grill! The resort’s tennis courts were well maintained and a very short golfcart ride away! All sorts of cute shops in the village and plenty of bars/restaurants with great nightlife & live music! We’ll definitely be returning! May even bring our two kids next time! The bunk room would be perfect for them, and there’s so much in the village to keep them entertained! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Excellent weekend getaway

For the price of a 3 star hotel, we enjoyed staying at this beautiful, up-to-date, well maintained condo.

Baytowne Wharf is kind of off the beaten path, with an up-scale residential neighborhood atmosphere.

Check-in and check-out was hassle-free.

The furnishings and decor were up-to-date and in great condition. The patio was large enough to afford an outdoor feeling with plenty of privacy.

The owner "Dave" was pleasant and accommodating without being intrusive.

We highly recommend this property for a vacation or weekend away from home.

Perfect!!!! Beautiful Condo

I was incredibly impressed with all the extras this condo offered. The golf cart made trips to the beach fun and easy. Not to mention that we didn't have to worry about getting sand in our car! Dave was so easy to work with and even checked on us our first day to make sure we were finding our way around. The condo was definitely above average as far as supplies and decor. The beds were very comfortable, beach chair and umbrella were well made, dishes and kitchen supplies were above average and very clean. Anything we could have needed was thought of! We will definitely recommend Dave's condo to all of our friends and family.

Great condo in Baytowne

Perfect for our family of four. Extra room with bunk bed was great for our kids. The owner was very helpful and made sure we were having a great trip. The condo is in excellent shape. And the extras were awesome. They included beach chairs and an umbrella and the condo was stocked with basic necessities. I have already recommended this condo to my sister and her husband.

Exceptional Condo

We rented the condo for the months of January and February and we could not have been more pleased. The condo is clean, very nicely appointed, and very well equipped. Internet reception was very good and the cable TV offered multi HD channels including plenty of sports. The main bedroom and king bed was very comfortable, lots of linens, towels, and general provisions. The second bedroom has 2 large bunk beds that can sleep 2 very comfortably, is completely private, and functions as a separate bedroom. With 2 full bathrooms, the condo could easily be advertised as a full 2 bedroom rental. There was simply nothing missing and ALL IS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED.

At the adjacent building (literally a 1 minute walk) we took advantage of using a monster pool, 2 hot tubs, a complete fitness facility, and two large clean gas barbecues. The condo's location is exceptional with plenty of restaurants, golf, and shopping nearby. And Happy Hour abounded at many of these restaurants and bars that were all around us!

I found the owner Dave, to be very responsive and helpful with questions we had, and even in providing “tips” about the area on activities we could consider and even attending festivals.

I cannot understand why more Snowbirds have not discovered nor considered Sandestin for a getaway. Gladly this continues to be great news for us! I strongly recommend renting this outstanding condo - you simply will not be disappointed…and we will be returning.
