A quiet cottage in the hamlet of Villard, commune of Puy Saint Eusèbe (1300 M of altitude)
At the end of a small path, without any opposite, unfenced space, directly on the edge of the mountain.
The house includes a ground floor with living kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, sofa bed.
The 1st floor includes a mezzanine area with two beds 1, option 3 and a large room with 1 bed 2 places, possibility to add another mattress 2 places.
Front terrace with garden furniture.
Ideal location for rest but also enjoy hiking, sports Lake Serre-Ponçon (windsurfing, kitesurfing, catamaran), equestrian centers and skiing in the nearby stations (Réallon 8 kms, Les Orres 18Kms)
Many hikes on Mount William are organized from the Church, as well as ed circuits Ski resorts and the Lac de Serre-Ponçon.

Superbe maison dans un écrin de beauté

Séjour très agréable dans cette petite maison. Le calme, la nature était au rendez-vous. l'endroit idéal pour profiter de la montagne et du lac. La maison est en bon état, propre, fidèle à la description. Étant passionné de cuisine, je pense qu'une petite mise à jour des équipements serait bienvenue. Mais cela reste un détail tellement nous avons apprécié le cadre. Cette endroit restera dans notre carnet d'adresse pour d'éventuelles autres vacances!!
