About Tamsin Mackinnon
I work as a producer director, and divide my time from Meze and my home in London. In 2015 I took a sabbatical from work and set about renovating Maison de Thau, which had not been touched since 1950's.

Just as described a charming renovated Fisherman's cottage
We stayed two weeks in February when the weather was cold wet and very windy. The owner had provided extra heaters so we were warm and cosy. The accommodation is just as described and had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend this cottage highly.
Meze is thriving fishing village and sits on the Étang de Thau, which is famed for its Bouziges oysters.
Meze has a twice weekly visiting market selling fresh produce.
On the sundrenched port resturants line the waterfront and offer locally sourced food.
Vistors to Meze can relax on the local beach and swim in the calm waters of the Étang de Thau or take a bike ride through the stunning vineyards stopping to sample the local wine and discover picturesque villages in this unspoilt corner of France.
