About Peter Boufeas
I am a dual national as my father was Greek and mother English. I have spent my life in Kalamata, Sunderland, Abingdon, London and have finally settled in Athens. I have a Mechanical Engineering degree and masters from Imperial College and City University, England. My love for Messinia made me construct Hilltop Residences in Petalidi. Its a multi purpose complex. You can rent a property on the complex or you can even buy it if you want. This complex will be ready for the 2016 season. My intent is for you to love Messinia as I do and you can rest assured that you will feel home away from home. More details on what I do can be found at www. and www. See you in Messinia.
Why Peter Boufeas chose Kalamata
This is not your average commercial property. It was custom made and has several unique properties. It has two floors and a huge loft. The total living space is 171m2. The majority of it is a stone build. The first floor has an open plan kitchen bathroom, living/dining room with a large fire place. There are small crevices in the rock walls with hidden lights which give it a uniqueness There is a balcony with a great view of the Messinian bay and Kalamata. Upstairs is the huge loft. This is used as a bedroom. There is a huge window and one can lie in bed and watch the Messinian bay.
What makes this Cottage unique
The ground floor consists of a second spacious living room, two bedrooms one of which is embedded within the rock and a bathroom. Outside there is a large stone paved terrace ideal for sunbathing and reading in a tranquil environment. The whole property is rented to YOU so there are no other folk around on premises to disturb your stay.

Truly a unique stone house with majestic view - recommend for summer
Plus: Wonderful terraces overlooking Kalamata.
Negative: This is a stone house and can be quite cold. We successfully heated the living room area, but could not heat the lower bedroom. Also the house is a long way up a winding road and somewhat out of town.
