A lovely 3 bedroom house, conveniently located in Dungannon town centre only walking distance away from shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Considering its location, KC house is suited for guests on holiday or business trips, looking for a house to rent on a per night or weekly basis. The entire house can be exclusively rented to one confirmed reservation at a time, making it an excellent choice and a good value for money for group bookings.
Excellent facilities are furnished across the three floors of the house and available for guests to access and use. The main ground floor holds the office/reception where visitors are welcomed and presented with the keys and are familiarized with the house and the local area. The ground floor is where the laundry/utility room is also located, equipped with washer, dryer and ironing facility. The second floor has an open plan layout, consisting of gourmet kitchen with new appliances, the dining room separated by two french doors from the generously furnished living room. Lastly, the third floor holds the three cozy bedrooms, a small office area and family bathroom supplied with the essentials to provide the foremost comfort all throughout your stay.

The three storey townhouse was the former residence of the Cunningham family and also holds the office of the family’s property management and investment business. The house has been transformed to a luxurious self-catering house. It offers the best location, excellent facilities and good value of money for guests looking to rent a house in Dungannon. An excellent choice and alternative to hotel accommodation for a group staying for a few days or weeks.
We stayed for 5 nights. We chose the place based on its central location and not for Dungannon. If that is what you are looking for this is the place for you.
The place is really nice and incredibly clean. Chris was excellent to work with and I would work with him again.
For those not familiar with living in a city this town can be a bit intimidating. Doesn't have the feel of a small Irish town. We didn't spend any time in the town. Left in the morning and drove to the places we wanted to see and got back near the end of the day.
Can't express how nice this house is. We loved it.
The County Tyrone
Tyrone is the largest county in Northern Ireland. It is one of the thirty-two traditional counties of Ireland and is within the historic province of Ulster. The county is known for its sparse mountain areas and lush river valleys it also holds Ireland’s largest lake, Lough Neagh.
Dungannon is located in the southeast of County Tyrone and the third largest town in the region. The town is known for holding one of Ireland's most important historical sites, the Hill of the O'Neil locally known as the Castle Hill. It serves as the stronghold of the O'Neil dynasty during the thirteenth century, and was restored back as a people's park with significant historical exhibits of its important historical episodes. There are also three small lakes in the town the biggest of which is Black Lough. Guests can also visit the Dungannon Park which is just a few minutes away from the house. With its magnificent scenery of the seventy acre oasis of lake, it provides a peaceful and relaxing setting for visitors to enjoy.
