This unusual and quirky barn conversion has many features to delight the occupant. Completely restored by the owner, who has taken great care with the materials used and retained its character, with high ceiling and beams in the living room, exposed stone walls, custom made wooden doors and furniture throughout, a stained glass window, and a galleried area upstairs, for relaxing or alternative sleeping arrangements. Outside there is a seating area, and guests have use of the 9 acres of field in front, which is ideal for dog walking, and there is a paddock available by prior arrangement. Glastonbury is just 5 miles away, with its Abbey and Tor, and unique shops and cafés. Visit Wells, the smallest city in the UK with a magnificent cathedral, Bishops Palace and medieval streets and buildings. Cheddar Gorge offers climbing, walking and caving, and the Roman city of Bath is within a short drive. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
