Being located on a steep hill, the garden has steps leading up to two further tiers, the top one being a lovely spot to savour the sea glimpses. From the entrance hall, there is a feature internal stone wall, believed to be part of the old stables, which leads into the well-fitted kitchen. Upstairs there are two stylishly presented bedrooms, a sitting area on the landing and a superb feature bathroom with a roll top bath and vaulted beamed ceiling. The popular seaside resort of Ventnor is a lively town with various shops, eateries, cafes and pubs, it also has attractive Victorian architecture, a popular sand/shingle beach and a promenade serving freshly caught fish.
