The sub-tropical gardens showcase the botanical advantages of the Cornish climate. The walled garden features a clipped serpentine box hedge enclosing the &lsquo;hot border&rsquo; and a beautifully scented lavender surround to the pond. The woodlands contrast the beautifully manicured lawns and sculpted hedges. Originally created in the 1920s, the Woodland Walk is a circular walk that skirts the perimeter of the estate and gives breathtaking sea views. There is shared use of an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, which are both heated. There is also a separate shallow children&rsquo;s pool next to both the outdoor and indoor pools.
