This property was absolutely wonderful, spotlessly clean, extremely spacious and comfortable. Very homely too. Very handy to dawlish shops and amenities, nice flat walk down to the sea is 10 minutes idyllic walk away. Wonderful owner who lives over the road whom is so helpful. We was left a wonderful goody basket on arrival including a bottle of wine, duck eggs from there own ducks and some lovely cakes, what a lovely touch. No negatives at all. We will be going back at some point
