Formerly the schoolmasters’ residence, The Headmaster’s Cottage has beautiful south-facing gardens and level lawned grounds of almost 2 acres, part of which is an established wild flower meadow attracting an abundance of wildlife. All windows and the outside seating area benefit from fabulous, uninterrupted, 270° long distance countryside views across Kit Hill, Caradon Hill, Sharptor, Notter Tor and Bodmin Moor.
