dissapointing and deceptively photographed
this is our feedback ist appearance of the property was nothing like what we had booked. we thought it was a semi detached bungalow we had booked. our first impression was it was very dark , then we realised why because it was a row of back to back bungalows, so no natural light in lounge, thank goodness for the conservatory!!! It was well equipped and comfortable though very small, We had not realised it was a 1 bedroom and VERY small one at that. We have actually had bigger in a caravan. everything was clean and in working order except for the ironing board.
When we arrived home we found a Tic on our dog, on examining her imagine my absolute horror to find she also had FLEAS !!!! I then realised what I had found in the bed in the property under my pillow was one. I thought so at the time but discounted it. We have had to bath and spray our dog all week to get rid of them. wash all her towels/bedding hoover the car and spray that.
I somehow doubt you will do anything about this but it is something that should be addressed sooner rather than later.
We were also unhappy with the double agency charges which were applied and all in all the total cast excessive for what it was.
