One property has a woodburner, the other an open fire, which are wonderful for curling up in front of, having spent your days exploring the wonderful countryside of Nidderdale. Situated directly on the Nidderdale Way, perfect for walking and cycling from the door. Overlooking Gouthwaite Nature Reserve, ideal for bird watching with enviable views to complete the picture. There are a good variety of eating places nearby with fine dining at The Yorke Arms only 0.5 miles and Pateley Bridge just 5.5 miles. Skipton (25 miles) is known as ‘the gateway to the Dales’ with its many shops, pubs and restaurants and is within easy driving distance. The spa town of Harrogate and historic York are also readily accessible and make for alternative days out. Shop 5.5 miles, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.. Ground floor: Living room.
