These attractive adjoining stone cottages were once the home of the village cobbler (Shoelace Cottage, TC6) and his workshop (Bootlace Cottage, THE). Set in the beautiful and historic south coast village of Tywardreath, they are within easy reach of the seafaring village of Fowey which offers excellent sailing, kayaking and occasional dolphin-spotting opportunities, as well as restaurants, galleries, cafés and local shops. Padstow, Truro, Newquay and St Ives are easily reached. A little further afield is Charlestown, a Georgian village with harbour, which is home to sailing ships and has been used as a TV and film set on many occasions. Shop and pub 50 yards.
