In peaceful seclusion near the River Lynher, this pretty detached cottage has been renovated to a good standard, retaining its original clome oven, and much charm. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodland, with many wonderful walks, it lies within easy reach of the coast and moors. Fishing is available, and Sibleyback Lake (6 miles) offers windsurfing, dinghy sailing and canoeing. Picturesque Looe and Polperro are about 16 miles, with a selection of quaint shops, restaurants and pubs. Many NT properties to visit within a short drive. St Mellion golf club, 5 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub 3 miles. . Ground floor: Living room with slate floor. Conservatory/dining room with beams and slate floor. Kitchen with beams.
