Front of Conejera islands and Bledas. Terrace facing west, wonderful sunset every evening

SEJOUR DE REVE A IBIZA !

Cet appartement est le cadre idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de l'ile d'ibiza;l'emplacement est idyllique avec la proximité de la plage de cala conta sans les nuisances sonores car situé dans l'espace protégé du maquis.

L' appartement est très judicieusement conçu avec le magnifique patio carrelé qui permet de prendre son petit déjeuner et le soir on assiste au coucher du soleil de l'autre côté sur la terrasse.

La proximité de st antony à quelques minutes en voiture pour les courses et autres distractions le soir.Si vous voulez aller à Eivissa,ce n'est pas très loin non plus.excellent acceuil, bref : à recommander!

GIOIELLO CON VISTA SPETTACOLARE

Io, mia figlia e mia madre abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza ad Ibiza a giugno 2016 complice il bellissimo appartamento nel quale abbiamo alloggiato e la sua vista spettacolare su Sa Conillera di Cala Comta! L'appartamento è situato nell'ultima urbanization prima della macchia mediterranea che anticipa la stupenda Cala Comta, una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Si può andare a piedi alla spiaggia. La zona è molto tranquilla e defilata da ogni caos di macchine e/o persone che invece popolano l'isola! E' un appartamento molto spazioso e ideale per una famiglia di 2/4 persone ed è arredato con grande cura e gusto. Siamo state affascinate subito dall'entrata che ospita una sorta di giardino interno al primo piano con doccia a nicchia, barbecue, lavabo, tavolo per consumare pasti , lavatrice e ripostiglio. Il tutto è rifinito con coloratissime ceramiche e appliques molto raffinate. E che dire del balcone con vista mare? Semplicemente meraviglioso! e divino consumare colazione o assaporare una bibita ammirando lo scenario e il sole che tramonta... E'importante avere un mezzo di trasporto per gli spostamenti che sono necessari, per esempio andare al supermercato che dista 4/5 km e per andare a visitare le calette dell'isola. Le più belle sono raggiungibili in 5-10 minuti (Cala Tarida e Cala Bassa ) ma necessita la macchina. Insomma 10 e lode ! Non possiamo dimenticare per la loro gentilezza e accoglienza i genitori del proprietario Leo, Silvano e sua moglie che abitano nella casa al piano terra e sono a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità.

Excellent

Second time in this apartment. Wonderful sunsets and sea views from the apartment. We were looking for a quiet place and we find it. The apartment is brand new and very comfortable. There is everything you need.

You can easily walk to the beach and enjoy at Ashram Café. We met Leo and his wife, very nice people; this time we have been with his boat to Formentera, incredible trip! The apartment is set far away from the city and you have to drive to the super market, to the bakery, and for nightlife. Mandatory having a car. A place strongly recommended!

Amazing place! The flat is beautiful and extremely well located. The amazing view on the sunset is priceless. The area is really quiet and peaceful and the neighbourhood nice. The house is really cozy and the service is great. We loved our stay and we will definitively come back. We highly recommend you this place. it's a little piece of paradise!

Eigentlich schöne Wohnung , aber ......

Die Wohnung, samt Aussicht vom Balkon, war schön. Leider waren die Angaben im Angebot jedoch nicht korrekt. Zur Ausstattung sollten Fahrräder, ein Boot und ein Grill gehören. Keine Fahrräder, kein Boot. Der kaminähnliche Grill war zwar vorhanden, allerdings konnte er in Ermangelung eines Grillrosts nicht benutzt werden. Die tatsächliche Fuss-Strecke zum Strand betrug -einfache Strecke- exakt 1,2 km und nicht 300 m wie angegeben. Da wir aufgrund der Angaben zum Angebot diese Wohnung ausgewählt hatten und die Angaben nicht stimmten, waren wir doch leider enttäuscht. Das grösste Manko: eine defekte Balkon-Tür, die sich nicht verriegeln ließ. Auf Nachfrage diesbezüglich, wurde uns per e-mail mitgeteilt, dass sich die Tür unter "Einsatz eines Messers" verriegeln lassen würde. Der Schaden sei bekannt. In der Hausordnung stand der Hinweis, dass in den Sommermonaten viele Diebe unterwegs sind... Den Vermieter haben wir leider nie persönlich kennengelernt.

Owner's Response: Dear Guest, first of all I would like to thank you for your comments and for your stay, but unfortunately I do not agree with what written. The description of the apartment is clear and true. There are no bicycles available, and I have a boat of course available for my guests upon request. Grill bars for barbecue are available upon request. For hygienic reason in case one of my guest asks for bar grills, I deliver a brand new or almost brand new ones. You did not ask me. The distance from the see (Google Maps) is 283 meters (where you have 2 nice accesses to Dolphin Bay with stairs), it is clear also from the picture published where you can see the sea from the balcony. About the door: it is not the main door, it is not the access door, the problem mentioned was about the balcony door. The problem is related to the fact that you closed the door with the lock closed, the lock crushed into the casing and it was no more possible to close the door (of course I did not charge anything for the problem even if the following week I had to change the lock for being crashed). What I suggested was simply release the lock by helping with a use of a knife if you did not want to be disturbed and closing the door with the lock. I immediately replied to your advise about the mentioned problem, and also my family come to visit you a couple of times for asking if everything was fine. As I told you once you checked in, I was on holiday and my family was there for any needs. All email I received from your side during your stay told me that everything was fine!
