Located on desirable Gulf Boulevard, this breezy Key West style beach house offers wide views of the beach from the private balcony. A porch swing and rocking chairs make it the perfect place to relax after beach time.  Beach access is directly across the street.

Inside, the house is richly finished with marble floors, granite counters, and plush, upscale furnishings.  An LCD or plasma television is in every bedroom, as well as the den.  The master bathroom has a jetted tub.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.  All linens are provided.

Conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island, it is walking distance to outdoor entertainment (great for teens), restaurants, and even the island grocery store.  Across the street is the shuttle stop for the FREE  Island shuttle (another teen favorite).

Four to six guests can sleep comfortably as shown.  Well-behaved pets are accepted with owner's approval for $75.

Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Downstairs is an outdoor shower to rinse sand after beach time.

Want to fish? Our guests receive a discount on private bay fishing in the Laguna Madre.

During my "growing up" years, I was fortunate to live in some of the prettiest beaches in America and abroad. My father was career Navy, which means the water or beach was almost always nearby.

I absolutely love having vacationers stay at my beach house! Hearing laughter from happy guests is music.

Wonderful beach house, perfect for a family

We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve weekend. We are a family of four and the owners were gracious and allowed our family dog to stay as well. The space and layout was perfect for our family - we loved the proximity to the beach and the central location relative to restaurants (we loved the Cafe on the Beach so much we ate there twice) and amenities. The convenience of two bathrooms, a washer/dryer in unit and all the kitchen appliances and supplies was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and quiet, comfortable accommodations

Loved the front porch and close location to everything. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. Lynn and Capt Kevin were very friendly hosts. We hope to return for a visit during the summer for warmer weather.

Excellent Accommodations! Spacious & Clean With All The Amenities and Supplies You Need For Your Stay On The Island! Even Beach Chairs And Umbrellas So You Don't Have To Pack Yours! Loved The Breezy Covered Porch The Most. The Owners Are Awesome And Very Accommodating With Any Questions Or Needs We Had. Highly Recommended!

great fun!

The condo was nice and the best stocked I have ever stayed in. It was so convenient not to have to bring all the beach supplies. The porch rocker and swing got lots of use. The owners Lynn and Kevin could not be nicer ....and Kevin the trout was wonderful! Thank you so much for your hospitality! I would recommend their rentals

Loved it!

Our first trip to South Padre was amazing! The house had everything we needed and more! The house is located across the street from the beach. We loved the balcony. Our dogs enjoyed the view too. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the house, Lynn and Captain Kevin. We will definitely be back.

Loved this family rental!

Beautiful rental, convenient location within a short walking distance from the beach. I was grateful that we could borrow foldable chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and boards- for fun on the beach! I especially loved swinging and chatting on the porch! We will return!!
