On entering the property, the large reception hall offers a luggage area and information on a wealth of attractions that Anglesey and Snowdonia has to offer. The Plas Newydd Estate (NT) is nearby, home of the Marquess of Anglesey, famous for its painting by Rex Whistler, and lovely grounds running down to the shores of the Menai Straits. A perfect location for exploring Anglesey with many opportunities for interesting days out, including rib rides and fishing trips on the Straits, stunning beaches, fabulous walking, golf, horse riding, historic Beaumaris Castle and of course, the Snowdonia National Park.
