A charming villa located in an exclusive section of Cannes. Magnificent view on the sea and less than 3 km from the beach, restaurants, tennis club, gym facilities, and the shopping area of Cannes.
The villa's main entrance leads on to three floors with 6 bedrooms. 5 have an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. Only one of the rooms has a seperate toilet located in the corridor and no air-con. A cot bed is available.
The swimming pool and it's large garden has plenty of space for children to explore. Our Petanque is located not far from the pool.
There is a BBQ on the first terrace and a great dinning table under the Olive tree.
Villa Soleil evokes charm with modern practicality, (TV, VCR, Playstation, Hi-Fi ). English and French cartoons and movies, are at your disposal.
The kitchen is big and pleasantly modern and fully furnished.
This is a villa with a great atmosphere.
Skiing in Auron!: From the villa to Auron count 2 hours at the most. Very straightforward and easy access to Auron and Isola 2000 through A8 and route de Grenoble.
We can also give you the name of a hotel in Auron in which we always stay and is right next to the telecabine.
Golf in Mougins or Sophia Antipolis!: You will find some fantastic golf in the area, within a 15 to 20 mn drive from the villa. Again easy and confortable access. And we can help you with the golf instructer.
Sailing, there is a very good club next to the Palm Beach in Cannes, just 5 mn away or in Antibes.
We are a family who has lived here, in the US, UK and are totally international. We have children and enjoy very much this region.
We will try to stay here as long as we can and as long as we can offer our kids a good education. Both parents have studied in Europe and have obtained various University degrees in the US.
Mrs and Mr Marzban purchased this villa in 1979
This property has a great vibe and plenty of space for adults to feel free and for kids to play . It is in a very peaceful location, yet close to town and to the shops.
The sound of silence, of the birds! The sea view and that we are walking distance to the beach!
The fact that you can walk to Cannes, to the boulangerie and other small shops and yet not be in the heat of the traffic.
The fact that you can access the N7 and access Antibes, or the highway so easily.
The walks you can take on the Eucalyptus hills above our villa. This family house has lived and brought about many great memories!
This is a Villa on the hills overlooking Cannes. The view amazing. You get the whole bay of Golfe Juan, including Les Iles de Lerins; where the man no face was imprisones in the 1700"s (I think).
The villa is ideally situated a few minute from La Croisette and Cap d'Antibes & Juan les Pins a short hop.
The bedrooms are very comfortable and fullfilled my expectations.
The common areas are very well appointed with good WiFi, a huge TV screen (like we were glued to the TV). There was video games galore which is a bliss when you are travelling en famille.
The kitchen seems to have been renovated recently with everything you need to survive on a holiday and more. I have rented many holiday homes and this comes out holding its head well above the others.
The kicker is the owners Rox é Manou. They are awesome (You guessed it. I have become a huge fan.) they took their time to show us around and giving very valuable advice on what to do and most importantly where to eat. They were always available on the phone to give advice on restaurants and things to do. A real concierge sevice bespoke.
The week we passed in the villa we came to the conclusion that Manou suffers from the Peter Pan Syndrome, with a lot of cool toys Ping Pong, Video games, babyfoot & ..... which we could play with. The kids loved it. I must admit I got Manou's disease, I loved it too.
I have become a believer and recommend this property without hesitation.
I already booked it for next years holidays.
what a great villa - location, views, pool, amenities - all exceeded our expectations. Good for kids or an adult only holiday.... you take your pick.
location wise you can ignore or enjoy the pizzaz of Cannes and the Croisette, or you can go upto the lovely provencal countryside and villages which makes for great siteseeing, and come home to drinks on the beautiful terrace.
All round great combination in a villa.
We stayed at the Mr. & Mrs. Marzban's villa in July of 2014. What a beautiful villa. Very clean and charming. We felt at home right away so did the kids.
A rare jewel!
Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!
Tranquil locale, the top room with balcony has a beautiful area to see the whole med. best room out of a ton of best rooms!
The look and feel took you back to the golden years of Cannes heydays of the 50s & 60s....
Great place, great home, great price!
The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, facilities.
The property is very clean, is well-maintained.
A good sens for customer service with many welcoming details.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Cannes area.
We had a very nice Bouillabaisse at TETOU, a must try.
Awesome location!! Bring the whole family, more than enough space without invading anybody's privacy. Lavish garden with fruit trees. Lots to do in and around the area.
House very comfortable, with lots of bedrooms, large living area and diningroom. Outside dining all during the summer. Swimmingpool, jeu de boule and lawn for outside activities.
Cannes just down the road, with the boulevard and all the great beaches and shopping street.
This house is a treat and very good value for your money.
Since the property is on the hills of Cannes, you have a very quick access to the N7 that can take you straight to the beautiful villages of Cagnes-sur-mer, Vallauris, St-Paul de Vence , Antibes and Nice or the opposite direction; towards St Raphael and St Tropez. You are also 20mn from the highway and can visit the Gorge du Verdon or Ezes and Monaco. In winter you can be on the ski slopes of Auron or Isola, after just an hour.
The villa is also very close to the beaches and to the ports, port Canto is the closest. You can visit the two islands, in which you will find a monastry and the other a natural parc, well preserved for it's ancient trees.
For nature lovers, you are well catered in this area. And if you chose off season then you are a winner! There are also plenty of very good restaurants and charming places to discover.
For the ones who like partying, you do have a lot of new bars, lounges and discos in Cannes, Juan-les-Pins, Monte-Carlo and of course in St-Tropez.l
