You are located right at the start of the beautiful Berry Glen Trail which is a moderately trafficked, out and back trail that features beautiful wild flowers. It offers several activity options and is best used from April until October. Downtown Orick is two and a half miles away and is located near the mouth of Redwood Creek and surrounded by Redwood National and State Parks. Does 'Jurassic Park' ring a bell to you? Jurassic Park II was filmed in the primeval Fern Canyon! Big Lagoon, Stone Lagoon, and Freshwater Lagoon are ideal for kayaking, swimming, sailing, and fishing.

Ideal place to stay for a short trip to the Redwoods!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. Close to many trails and views of Redwoods. The loft is cozy and clean!

Nice place for visiting the Redwoods

The place was quaint. The bed upstairs was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The coffee and tea station was very thoughtful. It was very hard to locate the entrance of Unit B. Shared parking is not marked, so the other Unit (A) kept parking wherever they wanted and we had to park differently each time. Overall, we would stay here again, the redwoods are amazing and have beautiful trails.

Spider Webs and No WiFi

Although the towels and linens were clean, there were spider webs inside and outside everywhere. The listing shows that this place has internet, but it DOES NOT. The place needs to be updated too.
