This property is ideal for those outdoor types, who will appreciate the proximity to the Dartmoor National Park and the Tamar Valley (AONB), a World Heritage Site celebrating the Cornish mining heritage. There are several National Trust properties in the local area or for the more adventurous, Tamar Trails, just a 5-minute drive offers tree surfing as well as a super woodland walking trail, bike hire and cycle tracks.
