Set 50 yards from a minor road, deep in the countryside, it is perfect for relaxing. Only 6 miles off the A30, it is easy to reach and centrally placed for exploring all areas of Cornwall; Eden and Heligan are 7 miles, Charelestown and Porthpean beach 4 miles, Truro is close by and has a theatre, cinema, museum and river trips to Falmouth. St Austell with all facilities, 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.. Ground floor. Living/dining room/kitchen with beams and granite floor. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 twin with en-suite bathroom and toilet. . Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included).
