Très bruyant

La maison est grande et bien équipée mais un peu trop encombrée des objets personnels des propriétaires. La route à traverser pour aller sur la plage privée est très fréquentée, il est donc très difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes par grande chaleur.

Bon choix pour une famille

Accès privatif à la plage aménagée le point très fort. Grande maison familiale bien équipée sanitaires très à jour et très propres. Bon emplacement. Il faut être très prudent avec la Route d'Annecy un peu bruyante.
