Ideal for walkers and climbers, this former slate mining town is also an excellent holiday base for exploring the area. With the Ffestiniog Railway and Llechwedd Slate Caverns locally, it is only a short drive to Porthmadog, Betws-y-Coed, or Black Rock Sands beach. Shops, restaurants and pubs within 3/4 mile..
