Situated within the Northumberland National Park with lovely views over the Coquet Valley, this is the ideal place for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers, or simply to relax. The park is also a Dark Sky Park, so is ideal for star gazing. Rothbury has a variety of shops, tea rooms and pubs. There are also pleasant riverside recreation areas. The market town of Alnwick with its famed castle and renowned water garden is a short drive away, as is the Northumberland Heritage Coast. Shops and pubs 2 miles. .
