Through the living room, you can access the balcony with a comfortable sitting area and a beautiful view over the well-managed courtyard with a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Luxury apartment with all you need for a relaxing holiday. Furnished to a very high standard and the owner was so accommodating. Perfectly placed right next to La Zenia Boulevard, with lots of choice for food and shopping. Lots of choice Beaches within a 10 minute drive.
A great apartment with the best location
We stayed for two weeks in the beginning of june. The apartment has a great location with short distances to everything relevant, the mall, the beaches and to restaurants. The apartment itself is excellent in every way, well stocked with all you need for a home and the surroundings are extremely well kept and clean. We higly recommend this stay.

Wonderful and relaxing
We've had a wonderful time at Johan and Irina's place in La Zenia. The property is absolutely spotless and superbly equipped. There was nothing missing. We've enjoyed many lovely evenings on the lower and upper terraces of the property watching the pool at sunset. We loved the close proximity of the pool and the shopping centre just opposite from us. This is the perfect location if you are looking for a relaxed and secure property while having all amenities right at your door step including the beach just a short drive or 15 minute stroll away. Johan was a very attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. We can wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional apartment.
La Zenia Oasis Beach consists of 3 blocks and was completed in early 2015. It is located near the Mediterranean beaches as well as one of the most modern shopping centres in the area, La Zenia Boulevard, where you can find many brand stores, bars, and restaurants.
