Pasajcap is the most amazing property I have ever seen in life! Pierre's vision of having a lakefront paradise with modern amenities is truly spectacular. Upon arrival to the property we were greeted by Pierre and his 3 German Shepards that are very friendly and welcoming, we were then introduced to our amazing apartment with incredible volcano views. Our apartment was spotless and the design was simply amazing as we loved the overall feel of the place. The shower is positioned where you have a great view of the volcano yet it's far away from the windows this detail was truly impressive. The open space is very well planned as you have plenty of room to lounge by your fireplace or cook some great meals as there is everything you need for your stay. Pierre was nice enough to provide us with firewood for our entire stay along with a tank of drinking water, he truly is an amazing host! Everybody on the property is very friendly especially Domingo he's just very nice all around. The cleaning ladies are very friendly as well and they will even do your laundry for a small fee. We loved the private dock where you can just catch a boat right off the property and lake hop to neighboring towns. We love Copacabana it's one of the best units as it has an amazing view from uptop and an awesome rooftop patio all to yourself. We will definitley be back to enjoy this amazing property for a longer period of time, thanks to Pierre and his lovely staff for taking such good care of us!!!!
What more can I say that has not been said by the past guest? This place is simply amazing. The view itself will make your jaw drop. There was times when I woke up and it felt like you woke up in another part of history because the volcano and the serene waters make you feel like you are in a period where civilization did not exist. Pierre is a great host and I am amazed what his imagination has been able to do with the place, it truly is an escape and if you are looking for some relaxation this is the place to be. When you stay in Pasaj-cap you do not only rent the apartment which is simple, comfortable, with windows that make it seem like you're sleeping outside, but also all the wonderful green-space and the wonderful pier (great for taking a dip in the lake). Do not hesitate to book this location, you will not regret it.
Pasaj-Cap is a true gem. The entire property very tastefully & brilliantly designed by the owner, Pierre, who cannot better himself as a host. That too goes for the entire staff. My husband & I spent 4 weeks in Copacabana & couldn't have been more content. Our private rooftop patio with 2 chaises & another hammock an added plus. We'll be chewing the cud of our stay - including the spectacular views from every single part of the loft - for years to come. It will be near impossible to beat the splendour & tranquillity of Pasaj-Cap, which is to say: we'll be back! Please read more of the reviews; I'll simply be repeating what has already been said. Only: if you're someone who wants 'nightlife' then PC may not be for you. But if your batteries require recharging in a serene location, do reserve your bit o' heaven immediately if not sooner!
We were on honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot. We intended to stay for one week but ended up extending our stay to two! The view is like no other -- woke up every morning to the beautiful sight of San Pedro volcano and Lake Atitlan as the bed faces directly out the giant windows. Can slide the windows right open so you can feel the outdoors. Private dock allowed us to go for a nice swim every morning. Very peaceful and quiet. Far enough from the 'busy' streets of San Pedro and Panajachel although the towns were a nice, short boat ride across whenever we wanted to go. Pleasant walk into the town of San Marcos where we did our grocery shopping daily. We arrived pretty late in the evening for our first night but we were able to purchase some seafood and wine right on the property which was very convenient! The fully-equipped kitchen made cooking all of our meals very easy. Big, comfortable bed, fireplace, hammock, the most picturesque view, etc. what more do you need! The apartment and overall landscaping of the entire property is pretty impressive. Clean, spacious and well-maintained. Pierre and staff were very hospitable, attending to all of our needs but at the same time they were great about giving us our privacy. Always very helpful and just really nice people which was great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
What a wonderful place... beautiful European design- modern and clean, comfortable, lovely gardens, gracious owners (ask about the wine and steaks!) and staff! I took my two teens to the Lake as a rest stop (from 3 weeks of travel) before heading back to the States I cant image a better place for a family... safe, tranquil, modern kitchen and bath, comfortable beds, lovely views....! We could have stayed for ever... a great value... highly recommended.
I could go on all day about how great this place is. The owner has only the best staff on hand which makes your stay here so awesome. The value goes without saying because you can't beat the prices. I stayed here for a month last year and although I was sad to leave i really came home energized from such a relaxing stay. I can't wait to get back!
