A charming and spacious first floor apartment graced with high ceilings in a bourgeois building in the centre of Golfe Juan. The apartment offers 50 square metres of superb holiday living in the beautiful village of Golfe Juan, close to the buzz and glamour of Cannes and the picture postcard perfect Antibes.

Golfe Juan has everything you need for a fantastic holiday on the French Riveria, including local supermarket and wonderful food shops. It is also surrounded by the second largest Yacht Marina on the Cote D'Azur, meaning just a short five minute stroll in the warm evening sunshine will take you to the Marina where you can enjoy the best in local sea food in one of the local harbour restaurants.

The apartment is tastefully furnished with a spacious, well fitted bedroom filled with natural light and a fully equipped American kitchen and dining area. There is even a small balcony where you can take in the evening atmosphere whilst enjoying a drink and meal after a busy day taking in the local sights.

With its 6ft 3 King Sized Hotel bed and modern and contemporary bathroom you have everything you would need for a relaxing holiday.

There’s also the option to split the comfortable bed into two large singles, making this apartment super versatile too.

The apartment is finished to a very high standard with meticulous attention to detail by its British owners.

Within walking distance are stunning local beaches with exclusive night life and shopping offered in Juan Les Pins or nearby Cannes or Antibes. There are also excellent transport links by bus outside the local Post Office or for longer trips up or down the coast why not take the train? There’s a station within 10 minutes of the apartment.

This special apartment really ticks all the boxes for a relaxing holiday on the sun drenched French Riviera with all the modern conveniences one would expect. There’s the added bonus of a secure gated entrance, TV with all the sports and movie channels and free Wi-Fi too.

Ideally situated across the road from a charming French traditional church, there’s a local market every Friday, offering local fresh produce and crafts meaning you can take in the very best delights that the local area has to offer.

For your convenience there is a launderette just around the corner for drying beach towels and a perfect little Pizzeria offering take away pizza and roast chicken for those nights you fancy a little treat with a glass of local wine while sat on the charming balcony back at the apartment.

If using a car, the downstairs car park is free on a first come basis with nearby metered parking available at approx. 6 Euros a day, which is free on Sundays allowing you to conveniently park outside the flat.

We also make sure that you have the basics in the fridge on arrival and fresh croissants or a bottle of wine if you arrive later in the day .

The apartment offers 50 square meters of superb holiday space to relax in.Our gorgeous apartment is in a beautiful position on the French Riviera and ticks all the right boxes for a holiday in the sun,having spent 20 years in the region we knew that it was a perfect location for a home.The flat is not overlooked and feels very private with only one neighbour in a charming bourgeois French Building that is secured by an outside entry gate and intercom and a secure front door, situated on the first floor with a short flight of wide steps it is very accommodating. The master bedroom has brand new Hotel zip and link bed for travelers that prefer to split the king sized bed into 2 large singles.

Transport links are easy and the air conditioned coach No 250 from outside Nice Airport drops you at our front door in Golfe Juan in 20 minutes all for 15 Euros return. Our flat has the benefits of being central for all your needs with a super port on the front graced with French restaurants. However if you want to party in Cannes or designer shop then Juan Les Pins is only ten minutes away. Antibes is 15 minutes down the coast with its historical town and plenty to do including its busy market days three times a week ,transport links are excellent to get around. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and you have the choice of private beaches as well.

The next village further inland is Vallauris a bus ride away full of traditional artisan creators for those who enjoy paintings and Art. Golfe Juan also holds its Friday market downstairs which is also full of local produce and clothes. The apartment is all double glazed so for those wanting good quality sleep we have that to offer, very important on holiday

Our meet and greet lady Jean who is local in Golfe Juan will make sure that you have a welcome pack depending if you arrive am or pm ( please advise us of your flight arrival times ) the coach is directly outside the Airport terminal cost 16 Euros return No 250 and drops you at our front door in Golfe Juan ( La Poste ), the bus runs every 20 minutes. Deposit for your booking is £150 payable on booking and returned up to 7-10 days after departure once the flat has been checked, damages must be accounted for by the renter. Cleaning and laundry is charged at £65 for a 1 week booking please pay Jean directly for a change of towels and sheets after week one.. Jean is on hand on her mobile from 8am to 9pm at night , if you choose a late flight please let us know as she will of course be there to meet you at the flat provided we have flight details, Arrivals after 9pm will be charged extra at £20. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us. ( Do note we are a NON Smoking property )

Central Golf Juan Apartment

The apartment is ideally situated for trains and buses. Ideal for the 250 Express bus from and to Nice Airport. The apartment is bright, very clean and such a comfortable bed. Also the WIFI is very fast. We had a lovely two weeks holiday there.

Very nice apartment

Very good location, close to local shops, nice bulangerie`Hugo`, close to the beach.

Convinient if you have a car as plenty of space in a near parking ,for free!

A perfect stay to recharge our batteries

This beautiful little apartment is perfectly situated to enjoy the south of France ,we liked the fact that it is not part of a huge complex,has its own secure entrance and was so very well equipped with everything possible to,make ones stay easy.

Close to the beach and marina and to all the delightful boulangeries ( the only danger we encountered) this is perfect in every way. Sue,the owner made all the arrangements for our stay so simple and everything functioned so perfectly After just a few days ,we seem to be known by the locals who are friendly and welcoming .We will be back again for sure

Amazing stay in a love flat

Lovely, sunny, clean immaculate flat in the town, really quiet super sleepy no noise at all. Very comfortable new bed and everything was close by, restaurants, beach and was great having satellite television for when I wasn't out and about, would definitely stay again. Fabulous holiday!

Our gorgeous apartment is situated in the beach location town of Golfe Juan on the French Riviera, close to designer shops and night life of Juan Les Pins which is about 10 minutes away or visit the historical town of Antibes with the Picasso Museum.

Cannes is also local to us and is short bus ride from the flat or by local train approx. 15 minutes away, very easy access to everywhere that you could want to see as we are directly in the middle on the Coast but also enjoy the traditional French Village full of charm in Golfe Juan. A train ride along the Coast can take you to Nice, Monaco or across the border into Italy is all possible in one day out. Plenty to see and do or just enjoy the Super Yacht Marina of Golfe Juan and local beaches and superb waterfront restaurants.

We require a £250 deposit against any damages this is returned on leaving the flat within 7-10 days minus any damage charges and £65 for cleaning and laundry week 1 ( extra sheets and linen for week 2 must be paid directly ) .Our meet and greet agent will come to the flat for keys etc on the morning of departure. We offer short 4 day breaks for those of you who want to escape for long weekend in the South of France , look forward to hearing from you and thank you for choosing us you will not be disappointed we are very particular on all attention to detail and cleaning.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
