Secure 2nd floor apartment with lift in new gated development, with spectacular views over the Med, Nice, the Alps and the entry to Antibes Marina. Large private community swimming pool with spacious terrace and shaded gardens. Sleeps up to three adults or two adults and two children. Locked private garage parking for up to 3 bicycles in basement of apartment block at small extra charge - please let us know if you want to avail of this facility. There are a number of designated visitor car parking spaces inside gates of community and guests may use any available space. Parking inside the gates has has rarely been a problem for our guests. Free parking spaces on quiet roadway outside gates.
Air conditioning all over with large quiet fan in Lounge. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso machine in kitchen .Excellent fibre wi-fi. Spacious bathroom with high-pressure shower and toilet. 2nd toilet in hallway. Large double bed and plenty of wardrobe space in bedroom. Large bed-settee in living room serves as comfortable single or double bed. Only 1.5 km from Antibes town centre, with frequent shuttle bus to Antibes stopping 100 m from entrance. Quiet residential area. Childrens' playground outside gate. Bus to Nice and Cannes stops 200 m away. parking spaces or on quiet roadway outside. Approximately 15 km from Nice Airport. Short walk to the beautiful La Fontonne Beach. Supermarket, bakery and takeaways within five minutes walk. Biot WaterWorld 15 min by bus. For journeys further afield, Antibes Railway Station is approx. 1 km away. Perfect for families with young children or those who enjoy getting out and about during the day. Enjoy the spectacular balcony over dinner, after a nice stroll home or bus or short taxi ride after dinner in Antibes. Late night bus from Antibes Thursday to Sunday. Airport Transfers to and from the airport or the use of a Child's Cot Can be arranged.

Excellent apartment in pleasant residential area
We had a lovely week in the apartment, from sunny breakfasts on the balcony to watching the moon rise over the sea with a glass of wine in the evening. The location was ideal for us. There's a good supermarket and Boulanger less than 5 minutes away, and it's only a 15-20 min walk to the old town, harbour and sandy beach. The bus system was excellent, the stop is a couple of minutes away and you can travel all week for just 10 euro. This includes travel to the picturesque towns and villages up in the hills such as Valbonne, Biot and St Paul de Vence. The apartment is well equipped, with UK TV and unlimited internet access if you need to keep in touch with home. Recommended.

Disappointing
Too far inland for a sea view and obstructed by another apartment building. Pool is down a laneway behind another building and has no shade or loungers (bare tiles) - hardly used it. Beach is accessible only through a motorway underpass 15 minutes walk away. Stony beach with no facilities. Location is residential with few local amenities. Cost more than expected as owner had failed to advise extra changes.

Safe secure, second floor property with spacious balcony and fabulous views over The Med, Nice and the Alpes Maritimes. Large swimming pool with spacious terrace. Beautiful shaded garden.
Mostly French families living in this quiet comfortable residential area - ideal for a relaxing break, but with the fabulous beach at La Fontonne 1 km away, Antibes railway station 10 minutes walk and great bus links virtually outside the door.

What makes this property unique

Close enough to Antibes to enjoy all the attractions in the great town, only 1.5 km to Place de Gaulle, the main square in Antibes, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes or so, but with attractions you may not find in town centre apartments - swimming pool, internet, air-conditioninng, fabulous views and the beach at La Fontonne.
