This property can only be accessed by barrier pin code onto the exclusive private development. A fully gated villa with shaded off road parking, it has lush green gardens surrounded by palm trees and pretty flowers.
The marble ground floor, keeps the downstairs area very cool. The Italian styled white and stainless steel kitchen has everything you need including clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. A small breakfast bar is available for casual dining. A small beautifully tiled downstairs shower room is also a welcome convenience.

The moment you enter you will notice its sheer quality, from the glass dining table, leather chairs and glass coffee table to the large wooden TV unit. Spot lights give lovely ambient lighting throughout.
The lounge area has a comfortable large L shaped sofa, a large flat screen TV complete with full UK TV including free view and digital channels, you don't need to miss out om your favourite movies or sporting event, playstation 3 with 2 wireless controllers (please bring your own games), WiFi and DVD player (please bring your own DVDs).
Two sets of concertina patio doors lead from the lounge/dining area out to the gorgeous infinity pool with roman steps and garden. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking uninterrupted sea views whilst lazing by the pool on one of the sunbeds provided or enjoy dining al fresco in the Italian designed lounge area, at the outside breakfast bar area or at the table and chairs provided. A BBQ with rotisserie and food preparation area complete your outdoor dining experience. Parasols are provided for welcome shade. The garden further extends towards the sea with tropical trees and a large lawn area.
The glass banister stair case leads upstairs where wooden floors run throughout. The large landing leads to a master bathroom with shower over bath, and a modern sink unit. There are also 3 good-sized bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin.
The master double ensuite bedroom has large concertina patio doors leading out onto a private balcony with stunning sea views. It has a stylish dark wooden suite with a large mirror and lots of storage.
The second double bedroom is another lovely room with a lighter wooden suite and the same unobstructed gorgeous view. A window with shutters provides respite from the glorious Cypriot sun.
