For older children Shielbaggan adventure centre is within easy reach offering Kayaking (White Water, Sea & Flat water) Canoeing (White water and Flat water) Coasteering and Surfing.
The residence is decorated to exceptionally high standards and extends to over 3,500 Sq. Feet. Extremely suitable for children with an electronic gated entrance, long driveway and expansive lawns. There is a children's play area (including tree house, slide and swings) , Football goals, basketball net and large paddling pool on the grounds. A separate detached garage houses bicycles for all the family and golf clubs for golfing enthusiasts. A large open plan kitchen/breakfast room looks out over a large patio area and gardens and has a dining table to seat 10 guests. A separate sitting room and sun room looks out on the gardens and gets beautiful evening sunlight. There is direct access from the sunroom to a patio area where there is a modern gas BBQ. The ground floor also has a separate playroom , large double bedroom ensuite, separate WC and a large utility room with washing machine and dryer. The first floor has a master bedroom with balcony which has sea and countryside views. It has a large ensuite with separate shower unit and free standing bath. There are three other bedrooms on the first floor - a large twin room with ensuite, large double bedroom and a single room. A separate bathroom is also on the first floor. The residence is easily accessible from Ireland's airports and ferry ports. 2.5 hours from Dublin Airport, 45 minutes from Waterford City, 2 hours from Cork Airport. 1 hour from Rosslare Port.
There is an extra charge of €6 per day for heating and 25 cents per unit for electricity with a reading taken at the start and end of your stay.
A security deposit of €200 must be given to the keyholder on arrival. This will be credited back to your bank account within 3 days of your departure date, unless otherwise arranged, provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. Any breakages or damages will be deducted from your deposit.
