This fantastic three bedroom property is available for short term holiday rental. It is a duplex spread over two floors connected by an indoor staircase.

From the lounge, with its dining area, you have direct access to the south facing balcony. The balcony offers a comfortable seating area with a BBQ and great views. The urbanisation has a swimming pool - including a children´s pool - with amazing sea views. The apartment offers a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and access out onto the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. There is a family bathroom accessed from the hallway with a bathtub. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. The television system in the lounge offers Spanish, English, German, Russian and French channels. There is also a DVD player for your use. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and would make a perfect property to rent all year round. Special prices are available for winter periods, please enquire. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this property.

Beautiful Apartment

Amazing apartment, very clean, great facilities within the house.

I would have given this property more than 5 stars if a car wasn't an absolute must.

The nearest place to eat would have been walking distance but the pathways are unsuitable and the A7 outside is not safe to walk along. The A7 also presents a problem getting to a supermarket without a car.

Having said that, the noise from the road isn't that bad, the views and the balcony are second to none. If you have a car then don't hesitate to book this place.

You will find gardens and a boulevard to walk along the beach. You can have a swim at the pool and relax on the sun loungers then take one step on to the beach to relax under the sun.

Sitting on the Casares Coast in the heart of Andalucia you will be able to relax and enjoy a luxury apartment in the peace and quiet of the beach and gardens and only 10 minute drive away from nearby town such as Estepona and only a 30 minute drive to Puerto Banus and Marbella. Only half an hour away from Gibraltar airport and a 50 minute drive to Málaga airport with a wide range of golf courses all around.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
