Villa Schönfeld is situated in a unique spot in Kitzbühel just 200 metres from the Hornbahn and the picturesque town centre. This fully detached villa is in a very central location and all of the facilities, such as various restaurants, shops and the station (not much train traffic) are within walking distance, so you can park your car for your entire holiday. The villa was completely renovated in 2008, with fantastic results. It consists of 2 separate units, each with its own entrance (the two units are not connected), so privacy is guaranteed. Ideal for two families travelling together, for example. There is a 6-person accommodation on the ground floor, with a nice and comfortable interior. It has three bedrooms, a nice living room with a cosy open fireplace (bio ethanol) and a bathroom with a shower. French doors provide access to the wooden lounging deck on the south side. From here you have a fantastic view of the famed Hahnenkam with its 'Streif'. The second unit is on the first and second floors and is equipped with all the conveniences. This accommodation has three spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a cosy living room with a designer kitchen.
From the garden you have direct access to the promenade that leads to the picturesque town centre. Kitzbühel is a true paradise for hikers, Nordic walkers, mountain bikers and golfers.
