This luxurious, four bedroom villa with private pool is located in the brand new development of Las Mimosas, La Manga Club. The villa sleeps eight people with all bedrooms en suite. The master bedroom has a permanent super king bed while the other 3 bedrooms can be made up either as 2 singles or a super king double bed. The villa also has two additional sofa beds in the games room (also with en suite) which can sleep a child on each sofa bed.

Las Mimosas is an exclusive community of just twenty two detached villas right at the heart of La Manga Club. Las Mimosas is two minutes from the Tennis Centre and is within easy reach of all the central facilities and restaurants of La Manga Club.

As well as a superb, central location the villa is spacious, light and ultra-modern and will provide excellent holiday accommodation for families and friends alike. The fixtures, fittings and furnishings are of an exceptional standard and such a modern feel is a rarity in rental accommodation at La Manga Club. The villa also benefits from a selection of UK TV channels and Residents rates are available for up to eight people for the golf and tennis facilities at La Manga Club.

The villa is spread over four floors (basement, ground floor, first floor and roof solarium) and has four generous bedrooms (all en-suite), an additional bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, utility room, a large living area as well as an additional playroom/TV room.

Outside there is a stunning private pool (that can be heated at an additional cost) and a large ground-floor decked terrace area with comfy seating and garden furniture. There is also a built in BBQ on the terrace area. There are three areas of artificial grass, one of which can be used to play boules with the set provided. The garden is well lit and has a high screen around the perimeter of the garden for privacy. In addition, there is a private terrace for every bedroom (apart from bedroom 4), as well as a terrace leading from the kitchen. The roof solarium has a pergola for shade and toughened glass around the entire terrace, meaning it is sheltered from the wind as well as safe.

With the roof solarium and the games room as well as the lounge, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.

The villa benefits from lovely views of the local area and the excellent position of the property combined with the spacious layout inside lends itself to a fabulous holiday.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, has plenty of parking and is a very short walk to local amenities of La Manga Club.

What makes this villa unique

We furnished and kitted out this villa as a home for ourselves rather than just a rental investment, which means people are getting everything brand new, to a high standard and with great attention to detail. The location of our villa is ideal for people who want to be able to walk to the many sports and amenities La Manga has to offer. The lively Si! Bar that all children love, is a few metres away – as is La Finca, which has excellent food - but we also have double-glazed windows and doors that block out any noise when shut!

Fabulous Stay At Number 9 Las Mimosas

Our stay at numer 9 was perfect in every way. This modern villa is stylishly decorated and fully equiped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. With ample room for a family with teenagers and friends, fully en-suite facilities, not to mention the beautiful pool and terrace area. The villa is conveniently located in the centre of La Manga Club , close to sport and leisure facilities but equally in a quiet position and not at all overlooked. Both owner and on site manager ensured our stay was trouble free , providing great local information and maintaining the property to a high standard. I can highly recommend and am looking forward to returning later this year. Karen and Ian Arthur Hertfordshire

If sport is your thing then La Manga Club is a perfect choice for you. With it's three championship courses and superb practice facilities La Manga Club is any golfer’s dream destination. The North Course provides a challenge to high and low handicappers, whilst the South course has played host to Spanish Opens. The West Course provides the tough combined with outstanding scenery. La Manga Club also has a Golf Academy which caters for all ability levels.

La Manga Club is also home to one of the best tennis centres in Europe. It boasts 28 courts (most are floodlit), with a choice of surfaces. The excellent Tennis Academy has fully qualified coaches who teach courses or individual lessons for adults and children of all abilities. The tennis centre also hosts a squash court, gym and the facility to play bowls.

The nearest beach (La Cala) is less than a mile away (the terrain is steep and therefore travel by car is recommended). There are lots of beaches in the local area including the beautiful, long, sandy beaches at Calblanque (10 mins drive) and further beaches along La Manga Strip.

Other activities available on La Manga Club include a kids club (0-12 years), dance, horse riding, cricket, rugby, football and mountain biking. Water sports are available nearby.

There is also a luxurious spa at La Manga Club which boasts a 25 metre indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi along with a range of beauty treatments.

While lots of visitors never feel the need to leave La Manga Club, there are lots of places to visit should you decide to have a change of scenery. In the villa you will find a book full of information about local places of interest. This includes the village of Los Belones which is approximately 5-10 minutes by car and has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The town of Cartagena is a short drive away (less than 30 minutes by car) and has a variety of historical attractions to enjoy along with some fantastic shops. Cabo de Palos, a very charming fishing village, is approximately 15-minutes by car and boasts a harbour, excellent fish restaurants and a large Sunday morning market.

Prices are for the property per week, in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of air-conditioning, linen, towels and cleaning of the property after your stay. The private pool can be heated at an additional charge of £75 per week. If your booking is longer than 10-days a mid-stay laundry change is included in the price. The property is managed by a local company who along with cleaning and maintenance provide a 24-hour emergency call-out service. Additional services such as cot hire, pre-stay shopping and airport-transfers can be provided at an additional cost.

Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday during the Summer months but we are more flexible during the low and mid season. Your accommodation can be accessed from 4pm on your arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10am on your departure day.
