Amazing

Silvana and Francesca welcomed us with a great smile and a homemade pie upon our arrival at the chalet. The house looked amazing, we had everything we needed and got a lot of information about the area! The location was fantastic for our main purpose which was skiing, because it is right next to the slopes. It was perfect! We would definitely recommend this accommodation to all of our friends and family.

Great apartment in Cortina

We stayed here for half term and it was perfect. We have 3 young children and was just what we wanted. Silvana had made a delicious tart for our arrival. It is in a very convenient location, only a minutes walk to the lift and ski shop. You can also get lift passes by this lift.

The apartment was clean, the beds comfortable. There was even a sledge and bucket and spade for the kids. I would recommend this apartment as a good bolthole for a ski holiday.

Bello comodo e attrezzatissimo alloggio

Eccezionale accoglienza da parte di Silvana che ci ha anche preparato una buonissima crostata... la casa è attrezzata ottimamente e curata nei minimi particolari ... fuori dal traffico di cortina ma comunque a 2 minuti in auto o 10 a piedi ... comodo anche lo spazio fuori per apprezzare il panorama o rilassarsi dopo una giornata di trekking o sci ... deve essere molto comoda anche in inverno dato che è a 100mt dagli impianti ...

Quando i miei ospiti, tornando dalla loro vacanza, esprimono un così bel ricordo per la mia abitazione e per la cortesia ricevuta....Rimango sempre piacevolmente colpita e soddisfatta per l'impegno che dedico alla mia attività di host. La posizione silenziosa, soleggiata e a due passi dagli impianti sciistici dell'Area Tofana ( in inverno) e dai sentieri e prati di Socrepes ( in estate), la rendono veramente incantevole e perfetta per tutti coloro che amano la montagna per attività sportive, ma anche per coloro che desiderano il piacere dello shopping in Corso Italia. Faccio solo una piccola correzione .....la pista di Socrepes è a 30mt.da casa!!!! Vi aspetto per sciare a Cortina

Great location - cozy appartment, perfect for a family

Really great place, where a small playground close to the appartment is easy to reach for the kids. Easy access to Tofane and Cinque Torri, and wire great view to various mountains. We would recommed this any day and would come back any day.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, die ihre Gäste mit einem Kuchen und Gemüse verwöhnt. Zudem war es eine gemütliche und schöne Wohnung, nur leider hat das WLAN gefehlt.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questo straordinario appartamento. Siamo stati benissimo a dir poco. A partire da Silvana che e' una persona speciale e una super proprietaria come se ne vedono poche, ci a portato una torta fatta da lei all'arrivo. Ma come si fa a non amare tutto di questo appartamento quando si comincia cosi! Ma poi l'appartamento estremamente pulito e ben tenuto, equipaggiato di tutto sia la cucina super dotata che la biancheria abbondante e nuova. Per me il fiore all'occhiello di questa casa e' la sua posizione. Quando Silvana la descrive a 30 passi dagli impianti, non le dovete credere, I PASSI SONO 20!! Praticamente l'abbiamo presa per il nostro rifugio privato: devi andare in bagno, fai prima a tornare a casa, vuoi più privacy per pranzo, no problem, torni a casa, il cortiletto assolato e' un vero piccolo paradiso. E che non si pensi che essendo cosi vicino alle piste sia rumoroso e pieno di gente, assolutamente quei 20 passi fanno la differenza e quando giri l'angolo del cortile ti lasci alle spalle il trambusto della seggiovia. Anche il vicinato e' gentile e amichevole. Insomma noi torneremo l'anno prossimo, gia deciso! E lo consiglio a tutti. Grazie Silvana della sua ospitalità, e continui cosi! Un caro saluto da Roma.
