Clean, modern, 3 bedroom house (sleeps 6), equipped with all mod-cons. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with breakfast-room, dining-area, living-room, 2 complete bathrooms upstairs, and 1 separate downstairs toilet. 5 air-conditioning units - one in each bedroom, living-room and kitchen. Front garden and back garden with a BBQ. Garden furniture for 6 people. Shared, communal swimming-pool (mid-June to mid-September); communal gym, communal jacuzzi, football pitch and 2 communal padel courts available all-year round on housing estate. Bus-stop to Seville city centre 5mins walk from house. Big supermarket, bars and restaurants 10mins walk from house, a small corner shop, pharmacy, hairdressers and two restaurants on housing estate (5 mins from house). A selection of childrens' books and adults' books in English are available, and there are board games such as Scrabble, Monopoly, Cluedo and cards available for use.

Seville city centre 10kms. Famous La Doñana Natural Reserve 50 mins drive (for bird-watching and beaches). Gibraltar, Cádiz, Córdoba, Portuguese Algarve 2 hrs drive.

Hi! I'm a British teacher who's been living in Spain for 20 years now, living in Seville and Madrid. My husband is British and Spanish, and we have two teenage sons.

Why The Owner chose Aljarafe

This property was our family home while our children were small.

What makes this house unique

We love the house because it's so close to the centre of Seville, and the A-49 motorway which takes you to the centre is a short drive from the house. The beach is an easy 45 min motorway drive. We love the bars and the restaurants on the housing estate and I love the fact I can get a beer at the pool-side bar. You feel like you're in a hotel!

een geweldig verblijf!

Wij zijn met onze twee kinderen van 16 en 21 jaar 3 weken in dit huis verbleven en het was in één woord : geweldig! Het huis komt overeen met de foto's, msischien kunnen de foto's zelfs nog verbeterd worden. Er is alles wat je nodig hebt en wilt, zoals een barbecue. Haal bij de slager van de Más supermarkt Iberico biefstuk voor op de barbecue, echt smullen! In alle vertrekken is goed funcionerende airco. Dat is ook wel nodig met de warmte in augustus. De warmte buiten was al met al dragelijk, mede vanwege het zwembad dat heel dichtbij ligt waar je bij de club ook goedkoop en lekker kunt eten alsook de bezoekjes aan de zee in Huelva (schone stranden!) en in Cádiz. Aan te bevelen is om vroeg op te staan en in de ochtenduren Sevilla te bezoeken dat op 10 minuten met de auto ligt. Het is een schitterende en sfeervolle stad, je moet er vaker naar toe wil je alles zien. Ga eens tapas eten bij bar Giraldo, super lekker maar wel ietsjes prijziger. We vonden het fijn om in echt Spaans gebied te zijn geweest, zonder een grote stroom aan toeristen tegen te komen. Je merkt dit ook aan de menukaarten, er valt weinig anders dan Spaans eten te kiezen. De mensen die we hebben ontmoet zijn hier bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam. De verhuurders spreken Engels, het zijn super leuke en nette mensen! Het hele gezin heeft genoten van deze vakantie en we komen er graag nog eens terug!
