The apartment has just been completely refurbished (May 2011) to the highest standard and although close to the city centre has a relaxing and quiet feel.
A parking permit is provided so you may park outside the apartment secure entrance.
All bed linen, towels, electricity and parking is included in the price.
The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.
Entrance – stairs to top floor (2nd floor)
Hall – plenty space to store luggage, coats and shoes.
Living area – open plan galley kitchen with lounge. Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster and washing machine/dryer. Settee, coffee table, TV with Freeview, DVD player with selection of DVD's, free wireless internet access. Window table and stools.
Bedroom – double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Shower room – electric shower, wc and wash hand basin.
The first nights rental will be charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking. The final balance will be due 5 days before arrival. Once a booking is made you will be liable for the full cost of the rental however from the time the booking is placed you have 24 hours to change your mind and cancel the booking and you will receive a full refund (less any card processing fees already paid). Key collection is available locally, details are sent by email as part of receipt of payment of the final balance. Full terms of rental can be viewed and printed off as part of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you use holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your rental should, due to any unforeseen event, you have to cancel your booking.
This is a great place to call it home for a few days in the heart of the Highlands. Easy to get to by car, great access to main roads, own parking on the street. The apartment is in the second floor with no lift. Cozy, warm feeling...the bathroom even has heated floors! The owner has everything you need if you do not fancy going out (books, DVDs) and you have a a great choice of coffee makers for your morning breakfast. The bed is very comfortable, the area is quiet...but you can get on foot to many great places for a dinner or just a drink and live music. Overall a great experience!
Great little apartment with everything you need in the heart of Inverness. Close to restaurants, the river and shops. Easy to access by car with on street parking in side street using the supplied parking permit. Well appointed kitchen, lots of reading material and it is a bonus having a the washing machine.
The location and customer services were excellent. They went out of their way to accept our luggage in advance of check in time....a fact we greatly appreciated! Thank you! We would stay there again in the future. This is in no way a negative, just an FYI for those considering the location. 1) It is upstairs....for those challenged by stairs this might not be the best choice. For us it was not an issue. And 2) because the apartment is on the top floor, a portion of the bathroom ceiling is a bit low for those of us that are a bit taller. The bedroom is comfortable but again has some limitations due to the sloping roofs.....nothing that took away from the quality of the stay. We loved the fact we could walk to the center of Inverness in just 10 minutes.......PERFECT!
The apartment is located centrally to the city center. Super easy to get around, grocery store just down the street makes it an easy home away from home. Would stay there again!
A nicely located apartment, within a short walk of the city, quiet at night, compact and very comfortable.
Conveniences close by, parking permit makes things easy.
Can't fault the apartment or the location.
Only thing would be better is blackout blind in bedroom,
