Apartment all exterior with elevator, beachfront and promenade maritimode-pink mallow. Facing south-east, has 3 bedrooms, 1 with bed 150 x 190, one with 2 beds of 90 cm, and the other with 1 bed 90 x 190, plus large living room with balcony and outdoor kitchen with table breakfast. Community terrace overlooking the sea and the port of Valencia. Magnificent 3 lines of communication bus and 2 metro lines and a train. Without leaving the airport, the metro reaches almost to the door of the apartment (50 meters). Large parking area. At 50 meters from Burger King.

Very Clean, Spacious, Quiet, Two Blocks from Beach

This apartment is a gem! We greatly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return again. The owner is extremely kind and cared very much about our needs and comfort. (Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! I really did not want to leave.) We do not speak Spanlsh, but the owner's son does, and this also helped us very much. While we preferred to walk everywhere, both the train and buses make stops within a block or two of this apartment. The apartment has an elevator, though we chose to use the stairs. When standing at the kitchen window, you can see the beach. We woke up every morning, went to the beach and watched the sunrise. There are many shops and bakeries nearby. We had a car, and free parking right outside the apartment was not a problem for us. The photos accurately depict the unit. Wifi worked well. We felt very comfortable here and hope to return.

We would do it again...

Nice apartment, not far away from the beach. Everything you need for a holiday is there. Train and bus reachable within a few meters. Supermarket and restaurants just around the corner.

Of course there are always things which could be better. We missed a dishwasher.

But in the end the result counts an my family said: We would rent it again.

séjour à Valence.

Très beau appartement, très propre, équiper de tout, à quelques mètres de la mer .

Un propriétaire très attentionné et acueillant.

VALENCIA est une très belle ville avec pas mal de site à visiter "le bioparc, l'aquarium océanografic, le port,le stade de valence et pas mal d'autres endroits.

On a passer d'agréable séjour, dommage que les jours défiles trop vite .
