Great Value for money.Ta' Grezz is licensed with the Malta Tourism Authority.

Ta’ Grezz is the house ideal for the discerning guest who is looking forward to fall in love with typical Maltese architecture and local way of life. It was built about 150 years ago by the village master mason and recently converted to satisfy the demands of modern living. This house offers the sensation that you look for when holidaying and living among locals.

Another major asset of the house is its accessibility. It is very near Victoria, the capital city of the island of Gozo which can be reached by public transport if you so desire. Supermarkets and local pubs are a stone’s throw away.

The entrance is through a quaint passageway or “entrata” with the pool on the side. Its uniqueness lies in the arches by the pool that serve as a sunshade after having a dip or simply to relax while sipping a glass of wine or get absorbed in a novel.

Once you get inside you find yourself in a big sitting / dining room /kitchen which originally served as shed and stable. At the back of the house there is a big courtyard which serves as a barbeque area.On the ground floor there is also a shower besides the shower near the pool.Tv & wifi are free.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with shower/bathroom ensuite and a washroom with washing machine. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with shower en suite. The view from this bedroom or from the terrace next to it is fantastic.

Very nice Villa

We stayed for 5 nights as family with 3 little kids and grandparents.

The location was fine with rent car, easy access to Victoria and every where in Gozo.

Maria was very helpful to prepare everything we need such as high chair.

Our holiday was in April which is bit too cold to swim but kids enjoyed little splash with the pool. Thank you!

Wonderful Traditional Maltese Farmhouse

This is an excellent property for families as it has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Lots of outdoor space including a rooftop terrace, and your own private pool!

Maria is always available if needed, and has other houses available to rent. You can trust that you are going to get a good product when renting with her.

The house was clean, and in the three weeks we stayed they came and did a clean and linen refresh 3 times (no extra charge!).

The house is well equipped with everything you might need and even has a washing machine. The wi-fi is very fast and reliable.

There is a bus stop right outside the house that will take you into Victoria, but we preferred to walk the 2 km into town. This is the perfect location. Absolutely quiet and peaceful, but close enough to Victoria which is the hub where you can get anything you need, or catch a bus to anywhere on the island.

I would highly recommend this property, and would stay again upon return to Gozo.

Island Of Gozo.

Gozo is the second largest island in the Maltese Archipelago and lies to the North-West of Malta across a blue channel about 3 miles wide.Gozo is different from Malta.It has an image entirely of its own, a distinct personanilty.It is noted for its peace and quiet, the lovely and varied scenery sparkling with large green vallies, charming hilltop villages and its famous Neolitic temples at Ggantija.There is so much to see and to enjoy.

Kercem Area

Kercem is a small village on the western side of Gozo. It is five minutes by car from the capital city of Victoria and near the sandy beach of Xlendi.Like most villages in Gozo the church which was built in the middle of the 19 th century is found in the centre of the village.Most of the inhabitants which in all total to about 1200 are employed for the goverment in the services and manufacturing industry.Although few families earn their living from farming the big majority till the land as a part time job.

A suburb which is further to the south of Kercem is Santa Lucija.This community is basically rural and the number of inhabitants is about 500.This place took its name from the saint to whom the small church in the little square is dedicated.
