About the property

This beautiful property built on the famous private resort of Playas de Fornells, has been lovingly improved and renovated so it now represents a holiday home of real distinction and unbeatable quality.

Everything from the tea pot to the terrace furniture has been chosen for its comfort, style and quality making this, we feel sure, one of the best equipped and furnished holiday homes in Menorca. If you are searching for a holiday home of exquisite quality set in a sensational location then look no further. Set in the woods of the north coast and inside the national park this area has been given the prestigious award of 'a place of outstanding beauty' by the Spanish tourist board.

The property itself is entered from the spacious terrace and you will notice immediately the stunning views to the sea just 20 yards away. Upon entering through the double glazed French doors into the capacious lounge, which has been furnished with modern furnishings and has the feel of being light, bright and airy. The modern open plan kitchen with its separate dining area ahs all the latest equipment and benefits from a breakfast bar arrangement. From here and entering via a small lobby you enter into the large fully tiled bathroom that benefits from a wall to wall shower with rain forest shower head as one of the many extras fitted as standard.

Back through the small lobby you go into the large and spacious bedroom with a full width width wardrobe, plenty of hanging and storage space and views from the large window of the sea.

The kitchen has been fully modernised and includes a breakfast bar and full size table with 4 dining chairs, a full size cooker with ceramic hob and modern extractor. The fridge/freezer is frost free and includes an ice maker. New for 2017 a high speed USB charger and MP3 player. A full compliment of pots/pans/cutlery etc are included.

The property is located alongside the sea in a small private community that has extensive lush tropical gardens with ponds, waterfall, patio's and lawned areas for you to laze and relax in and around. Outside the property is a private covered terrace and a little garden with tamarisk tree's and wonderful open views of the sea.

The resort although small and private has all the amenities you need including bars/restaurants a beautiful sandy beach, bus service to local towns and capital of Mahon.

We have 24/7 management on the resort in case of any unforeseen problems.

appartement avec terrasse en rdc, trés propre et fonctionnel pour deux, proprietaire charmant.

bonne situation, debuts de soirée un peu agités par le passage des vehicules qui deposent les clients

d'un bar resto agreable en face, mais pas de bruits excessifs, un peu d'animation qui ne dérange pas.

Loacated in the hills of the national park and only a few minutes from the famous fishing village of Fornells with its numerous waterside bars and restaurants and made famous by the patronage of the Spanish royal family.

Must see is the harbour in Mahon (second biggest natural harbour in the world), the medieval city of Ciutadella and taste the local gin and cheese.
