Stunning views.

What a way to relax after a day of golf, having a barbeque and swim looking out over the coastline. Communications leading up to our stay were excellent, Juan making sure all our needs were catered for prior to our arrival. Excellent facilities for a self catering break or holiday.

Would definitely return.

If we were being real picky, but worthwhile mentioning, we couldn't find the 4th bedroom as listed, there was a smell that seemed to come from the basement (only noticeable when you 1st enter after being out all day) and although adequate the barbeque its self could do with updating. But these are minor when you take into account how spacious this property is. It catered for me and my 3 sons and we thoroughly enjoyed the location, close to local shopping areas and easy access to main roads. You certainly require a car to get around but the house offers a fantastic parking space with an electric gated area making the place very secure. But the one outstanding thing about this place is the well maintained infinity pool with that FANTASTIC view!! you couldn't ask for better!!

disappointed

We spent 1 week in this apartment.

The owners are very nice, the flat was ready and clean but many things were wrong: coffee machine was not working, there was no toaster. We were supposed to have fruits and wine and we had just some oranges and a bottle of white wine, we would have appreciated to have some local fruits and more various fruits.

Then, the view is marvellous, the swimming pool and terrace are perfect but the only thing not mentioned is that the motorway is juste 100m from the apartment so you can see the details of the motorway and cars and also the noise from the terrace, swimming pool etc.... We tried to sleap in the room upstairs (the parental room prepared for us) but it was just impossible with the noise all night long on the motorway. We had to sleap in the bedroom at the bottom of the flat, very small and a bit smelly and even in this room we could hear the cars. So to summarize we paid a big amount of money because it was supposed to be a wonderful flat for VIP holidays and at the end, the view is nice but we didn't have what we expected for this price: things were missing, the bedrooms are very old, bathrooms are old as well, the little bedroom where we sleapt was smelly and old (paperwall was falling) so very disappointed, next time I will book a cheaper flat because it doesn't worth the price at all! I don't advise this flat. It is too expensive and the apartment doesn't worth it.

Owner's Response: Lamentablemente este viajero no pago las cantidades pactadas, pero por atencion a su situacion, deci darle las llaves de la casa aunque no ingreso la cantidad pactada. Evidentemente cuando un turista incumple la primera condicion que es el pago , es muy posible que tambien incumpla las normas basicas de convivencia, y sea problematico. Tomo nota , que es mejor cuando un cliente no paga lo pactado es mejor no dejar entrar en la casa.

Traumhafter Blick auf den Teide und die Bucht von Puerto Cruz

Ein wunderschönes Haus auf mehreren Ebenen, direkt in den Hang von Lomo Roman gebaut, in direkter Nachbarschaft von Santa Ursula gelegen. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Puerto Cruz ist sensationell.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Vermieter sehr nett und freundlich. Vor Reiseantritt wurden wir ausreichend über viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hauses und verschiedene Aktivitäten auf Teneriffa informiert. Die Tipps und von den Vermietern vermittelten Buchungen, waren sehr hilfreich. Bei unserer Ankunft waren alle Touren und Karten für Parks und Bootstouren gebucht und die Tickets überreicht.

Hierfür nochmals ein grosses Dankeschön!!!

Wunderschöne Architektur

Sehr schöne Architektur des Hauses, große Fenster und wunderschöne Ausblicke auf mehreren Ebenen. 5 Min zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt führt ein wunderschöner Spaziehrweg, direkt am Wasser zu tollen Aussichtspunkte am Meer.Eine ganz ruhige Strecke mit kaum Menschen.

Es gibt im Haus eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner eine Spülmaschine, eben die Geräte die den Urlaub entspannt machen. Der Pool ist beheizt, was im März von Vorteil war.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Kinder waren sehr happy.

Wunderschöne Architektur

Wunderschöne Architektur, gleich um die Ecke ein ganz schöner Spaziehrweg direkt am Meer mit wundervollen Aussicht. Im Haus gibt es ein Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner was den Urlaub ganz entspannt machen. Der Pool und die Aussicht laden zum Verweilen. Die Putzfrau reinigt 1 Mal die Woche das Haus. Danke für den schönen Urlaub und immer wieder gerne.
