About the property

Villa can accommodate six people overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana.

This villa of 15. 000m2 has a house of 250m2 of new construction. It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a swimming pool.

All rooms are double, have parquet floors, large closets and windows with beautiful views. The master bedroom has access to the terrace with porch and has a large double bed and a complete bathroom en suite. The second bedroom is very bright and has a double bed, and the third has two beds.

The main bathroom has a double sink, a walk-in shower with a radio and a beautiful bathtub.

Living room and dining room are unified in a large open, modern and open space. The space has satellite television with over 1, 000 channels, free wireless internet and fireplace.

The kitchen has refrigerator, vitro ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ... In addition to all kinds of small appliances available for your convenience.

The high construction of the house makes the air circulate well and in summer a cool climate is created inside the house, and its good insulation makes the atmosphere warm and cozy in winter thanks to the fireplace.

The exteriors of the villa are dreamy. From the high terrace with porch you can see the wonderful fields and mills of Sa Pobla and the beautiful mountains that make up the Serra de Tramuntana, the main mountain range of the Balearic Islands and declared World Heritage by Unesco in the category of Cultural Landscape.

The lower terrace has a built-in barbecue, perfect for outdoor cooking.

The 1.200m2 lawn garden will allow you to enjoy the nature of the island while taking a swim in the pool or sunbathing on the sun loungers.

The estate Son March is located in the agrarian area with the same name, in the municipal area of ​​Sa Pobla.

Sa Pobla is a municipality located in the north of the island of Mallorca. Historically, the inhabitants of Sa Pobla have been dedicated to agriculture, so the location of Son March is fantastic to enjoy the tranquility and authenticity of the Mallorcan countryside.

The proximity of s'Albufera, makes us an excellent destination for cyclists and hikers.

Wonderful stay, didn't want to come home

We have just got back from a week at Villa de Nord near Sa Pobla. This property is amazing. It has everything you would need, a real home from home. Usually it's necessary to buy charcoal for the bbq, washing powder for the machine etc but Xisca and Joan have provided everything. The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious and well laid out and has ALL mod cons that you would need. There is a load of outside space, a small but serviceable pool and plenty of loungers from which to soak up the sun. The location is rural, right in the agricultural heart of Mallorca but only 5 minutes away is Sa Pobla for groceries etc.

The beaches at Playa de Muro, Port d'Alcudia and Can Picafort are all a short drive away (10 -15 minutes) as is Alcudia old town, a personal favourite for a chilled evening out with excellent restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this as a base for exploring the north of the island, though Mallorca being the size it is you can actually get fairly quickly to most destinations on the island from here.

Gute finca mit nicht so tollem pool

Die Finca ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Leider ist die Kaffeemaschine ein Witz. Da sollten die Eigentümer unbedingt nachbessern.

Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Es gibt einen schönen liegebereich am Pool. Zum Pool müssen wir uns leider negativ äußern. Er ist zu klein und auch schon sehr alt. Da hatten wir schon schönere auf Mallorca kennengelernt.

Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und den Sonnenuntergang. Man brauch unbedingt ein Auto denn es sind min. 10 min bis Can picafort.

Auch haben die Besitzer 3 Katzen auf dem Grundstück und die wollen immer in die finca. Dadurch kann man keine Tür offen stehen lassen. Nicht so toll.

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und sie spricht sehr gut englisch.

Sehr schöne, moderne und ruhige Finca

Die Woche in der modernen Finca hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das nächste Haus ist 200-300m entfernt und man hat einen sehr großen Garten. Vom Grundstück sind die Berge sehr gut zu sehen und der Sonnenuntergang ist wirklich schön dort. Bis zum Meer sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Straße zur Finca stellt eine kleine Herausforderung dar, ist aber mit langsamer Fahrt gut zu meistern. Das sehr nette Besitzerpärchen ist sehr engagiert, hat gute Reisetipps und ist enorm freundlich.

Klare Empfehlung von uns. Für mehrere Kinder ist der Pool jedoch eventuell etwas zu klein.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einer tollen Villa

Nach dem herzlichen Empfang, haben ihr uns schnell wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich komplett, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist ruhig, was wir super fanden. Ein Auto ist allerdings notwendig. Die überdachte Terrasse hat es ermöglicht, den ganzen Tag an der frischen Luft zu sein, auch wenn es ein wenig tröpfelt und Ein Schattenplätzchen findet man auch immer.

Perfect place to spend our holidays

We stayed in this villa for 16 nights and had a perfect holiday.

The villa is located a few kilometers outside of the village of Sa Pobla, in between onion and potato-fields, and very close to the Salbufera reserve. This means you'll enjoy a lot of birds flying around in an otherwise quiet and peaceful area. Having a car would be recommended to be able to do your shopping.

Sa Pobla is easily reachable by one of the highways in Mallorca, which also means this is a perfect location to make daytrips to all the other areas of the island.

The villa itself has all the amenities you'd need and the owners are very friendly and helpful. For 2 persons, this villa felt like a small palace to us.

While the pool isn't overly big, it was very good to have it available so we could cool down after enjoying the sun. Just don't expect to be doing any swimming marathons.

From this location, you can choose to visit the popular touristic spots and beaches, or decide to go for the quieter villages.

Alcudia is a very pretty town to visit, while we thought the thursday market in Inca was more appealing than the popular (and busier) market in Sineu.

If you dare to drive the curvy and sometimes narrow roads through the Tramuntana mountains, you will be rewarded with spectacular views and lovely villages. Wherever you go, however, make sure to visit some of the local bakeries for the very tasty pastries that are available!

When we return to Mallorca, we will definitely consider staying here again!

Ein Traum am Naturschutzgebiet

Die Inhaber waren von Anfang an sehr bemüht und während des Aufenthalts immer für uns zu erreichen. Wir haben uns an der Finca getroffen und sie haben uns alles erklärt und auch eine Liste von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dagelassen. Beide sind super sympathisch und sie spricht perfekt englisch. Die Finca ist total neu und die Möbel sehr modern. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. TV mit gefühlt 1000 Programmen. Der Pool war sauber zu der Jahreszeit natürlich etwas kalt. Wir hatten auch Glück mit Stechmücken keine einzige zu sehen. Zwischendrin kam der Besitzer und hat sogar den Pool gereinigt. Um die Finca zu erreichen benötigt man dringend ein Auto. Wann hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf das Tramuntanagebirge und es ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren schon oft auf Mallorca, aber das war mit Abstand die schönste Fica die wir je besucht haben. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Danke für die schöne Zeit wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
