Great flat in a great location

An excellent centrally located modern apartment

We were met by the owner's agent, Francoise, who could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The apartment is superb, modern, in perfect condition and air conditioned, essential in August. There is secure on site underground parking; a must in St Tropez. The location is great, within 60 seconds walk of the Place de Lices. The contact I had with Laurent, the owner, was easy and efficient. He is extremely helpful and considerate. I am looking forward to re-booking for our next visit and would highly recommend this property to others.

New building, clean and modern apartment, great location.

For many years we visit St. Tropez for holiday in the summer. And for the first time we had the pleasure to stay in a clean and modern apartment, situated in a new and beautiful building with great location. This apartment is just a 2-minute walk from Place des Lices, but at the same time, it is so easy and fast to reach the most famous beaches.We were kindly and friendly welcomed by Francoise Gauquelin and members of her family. That lady was ready to help at any time. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect location & flat!

I've stayed at this flat before and loved it so much that I had to come back! From now on, I will only be staying here in St Tropez. The location could not be ANY better and the flat itself is fantastic. Very clean, modern, decorated with a lot of taste. And, of course, it helps having your own parking space in St Tropez!

Very easy and smooth interaction with the owner; here's someone who truly cares about his guests!
