Great location
The flat is very clean and has everything you could need. The balcony was my favorite part because traveling with a toddler it’s nice to have outdoor space that is both beautiful and convenient. The owner goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Good communications, met at the parking garage in a street parallel to the flat and taken to the flat from there.
Lovely well equipped flat with a spacious lounge/diner and two bedrooms. Kitchen had a good selection of the basics to use but we did replace the beer we drank. Nice balcony which we only managed to use for an hour as the weather was poor. The flat is on the sixth floor above a really busy pedestrian street full of bars and restaurants. We had no noise issues at all. The only downside is the heating in the flat is provided centrally and goes off on the 1st May. We were there in late May and it was chilly. if you leave before 11:00 you can bring the car round to the flat to load up.

Perfect apartment in the center of Oviedo, very clean and confortable! Kitchen well equipped, with washer and dishwasher. Situaded in a pedestrian street full of restaurants and bars., Very quiet inside! The owner is very professional, she even waited for me at the bus station and took me to the apartment! Oviedo is a very special city! Highly recommended!
