Space and tranquility in a perfect location. Great views, pubs and restaurants.

This spacious 2 bed apartment boasts the best views of Carlingford Bay. It's located right next door to the Balmoral hotel which has a Michelin star restaurant and fabulous Irish pub. First floor (1 flight of stairs)

The beautiful 4 storey beach fronted Victorian town-house was lovingly renovated in 2015 into 2 vacation rentals and office space. The ground floor offices have their own entrance. The grand stained glass entrance hall is exclusively for the 2 vacation apartments. Sandy shoes, buckets and spades can be left in the hall along with strollers or sports equipment. Both apartments can be booked together accommodating a total of 12 people.

The open plan lounge, dinning, kitchen are flooded with light and it's so close to the beach it feels like you're on a boat. Both bedrooms are large, one bedroom has a double bed and a single. The twin room beds can be zip locked together to create a superking bed. The bathroom hass a walk-in shower and a seperate tub.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi

Beach towels, buckets and spades, sun parasol, picnic box are all provided.

Opposite the property there's a seawater swimming pool and the booking office for the East Coast adventure who offer mountain bike trails, banana boating, canoing, rock climbing and much more .

The Balmoral hotel is next door and our guests can opt to have breakfast there if they wish. The Whistledown Hotel is 3 doors away. There's plenty of great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

We live 15 minutes away, we will let guests in and give them any local knowledge they need.

We're Rob and Julie, we have 3 young children, 2 girls and a boy. Rob's from Dublin and my folks are from Belfast. We work in the music industry, we were based in Manchester, England for many years but came back to Ireland in 2013 to raise our kids. We also have a place in Athens, Georgia, USA where we escape to and hang out with our friends and family when we can.

Warrenpoint home away from home

Lovely property, excellent location and very welcoming owners. It has retained lots of original features however the sash windows have been replaced with double glazing, I can understand why but I think that the original Windows would have been better.

Wonderful view

The house in Warrenpoint was just as shown. Very restful to sit at the dining room table and enjoy the ever changing view. Julie was kind to leave us a loaf of the local bread, Wheatin I think, and coffee, perfect for mornings. The house was quiet, plenty of walking on the beach right out front and good restaurants and pubs nearby. Everything that one would need for vacation was in the house. Very nice.
