1.) We know it's easy and fast to just skim through listings. Planning your travel itinerary and rental property can be a daunting task. When inquiring on large volumes of listings, it's easy to get confused. Make sure you understand what you are renting and that you have not mixed up your listings. Always ask questions. DO NOT make assumptions about anything as you inquire on each listing during your rental property search. Do not assume that rental property owners know what is important to you or what your expectations are. Every traveler's needs and expectations are different.

3.) We do not provide rentals to help travelers have the perfect vacation. We are not here to "Serve Others" like hotel staff would. We primarily provide rentals to travelers who need temporary housing for relocations, work assignments, and medical emergencies. HomeAway, and its affiliated companies, give travelers the visual expectation that they will receive top tier luxury rentals and vacations by using their listing website. We do not provide a luxury or high-end rental. We provide budget/economy rentals that are comfortable and clean. If you have high expectations, our rentals will not meet your needs. Pool, hot tub, gym, and more. Full Amenities. Close to bus lines and shopping center. 1min to UCSD, 5min to beaches and Scripps Aquarium, 10min to Sea World, and 15min to San Diego Zoo.
La Jolla is one of the nicest areas in all of San Diego. We are approximately 5 minutes to the La Jolla Beaches and 'The Village'. These beaches are definitely the most sought after beaches in San Diego. Our rental property is only 2 blocks from hundreds of shops, restaurants, and several banks and grocery stores. A/C and W/D
6.) Our rental has Air Conditioning. Most apartments in San Diego do not have central air conditioning. Air Conditioning is only needed a few months of the year, usually mid summer to early fall, and on the rare occasion when there is a heat wave. If you are elderly or have a medical condition that requires central air conditioning, please email us with that specific requirement. We use very powerful large portable Air Conditioning Unit(s) that remain in our rental year round and have worked very well for many years for our guests.
If you have a medical condition or special circumstance that requires a Washer/Dryer to be inside your rental, rather than having access to the Laundry Facility onsite, please email us with that specific requirement. Please ask us about laundry if that is important to you.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week here at one of this company's one-bedroom condos. It's a great (and more affordable) alternative to a hotel, especially for a couple. Adding a third or fourth person to your group, and it may get a little tight. Location-wise, this was perfect for us and exactly the area where we wanted to stay. It's close (walkable or a very short drive) to many grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, YogurtLand, at least one park (Doyle) and check out the Farmer's Market on Thursdays at Doyle Elementary School. Our unit was close to the pool which worked out great with our young one. The unit itself is clean and well maintained with a couple minor wear-and-tear type issues that didn't impact our stay. Note there is no A/C but a portable unit was there and came in handy on a couple warm afternoons with a couple south facing windows. The kitchen is well equipped and we had lunch there one day and breakfast there everyday. Who wants to cook on vacation? There are two suggestions I have to improve the place; 1) additional towel bars in the bathroom (there was just one) and 2) some furniture on the patio, like a few $20 colorful resin Adirondack chairs from Ace, an outdoor rug and some plants to extend the living area onto the patio. All-in-all we would recommend this place, enjoyed our stay and can't wait to get back to La Jolla.
If you don't need to be right on the beach this is the place for you. Great neighborhood with parks, the UTC shopping mall, restaurants, lots of grocery stores all nearby. The beach is just an easy10 minutes away. Complex has a couple of tennis courts and swimming pool. There's even rackets provided by the rental, BYOB(bring your own balls) though. Rental was clean, bed was comfortable, the linen was a very high quality and the full kitchen was superb! Very well stocked too. Nice LCD cable TV and WiFi is provided. All made for a very comfortable stay for the price of a budget hotel and it was quiet too. Highly recommended.
Tip: Parking spaces at the complex are small, if you have a large vehicle, check to see if they can accommodate you.
We greatly appreciated and enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was clean and spotless. The condo was very nice, safe, quiet, convenient, and near a Whole Foods. The linens on the bed were of fine quality and the bed was comfortable. There were granite counters which we liked, and the use of a washer and dryer.
Having a reserved parking space was also very convenient. Having all of the amenities and accommodations provided was like we were living in our own little house.
We felt very welcome by our rental agent. Everything was planned so that we knew exactly what we must do to enter the condo, find the parking lot, access the Internet, etc. Jessica was available and helpful during all of our stay.
This rental was the equivalent of having a nice hotel room with the ability to prepare tasty meals.

L'accueil de notre agent de location est rassurant. Tout est prévu pour que nous sachions exactement quoi faire pour entrer dans le condo. Et elle est restée disponible et aidante durant les 2 semaines de notre séjour.
C'est l'équivalent d'une belle chambre d'hôtel avec la possibilité de sa concocter de bons petits repas.
Great condo in great location. Easy access to I 5 and San Diego area. Condo is clean, nice pool area and free parking. This condo is more comparable to a suite but at rate of a standard room. Easy directions and super easy to go thru rental process. Definately staying here whenever we visit San Diego area.
Very nice, clean and well supplied 1 bed room apt. This place is in the middle of everything and the pool was GREAT. I also liked the fact the this unit was in a gated apt complex and they provided bags and chairs for the beach.
Only a few issues: One is the check in process. You pay your balance in full days before you arrive but you do not know where you are staying until the day before, or in our case, the day of your check in. Kinda nerve racking. There was a 19 inch TV in the living room??? Pretty small for my taste, but this is just personal preference . We were on vacay so we did not spend a lot of time in front of the tube. Also, this place has NO children in it. We were there for a week with our 2 year old and there were no children in sight. Only young professionals and college kids. However, there is a very nice park a few blocks away.
Over all I give this place an 8 out of 10. The price is great for the location and it has easy access to the freeway.
Our stay in the 1bedroom suite was incredible. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the tennis courts which we played in every morning of our 4 night stay. We also took advantage of the gym and amazing pool. Not only was this less expensive than the neighboring hotels, it had everything and more that we were looking for. The best part was their full kitchen we prepared many of our meals in. Also it was walking distance from restaurants and bars we enjoy. We highly recommend this property!
