Typical Andalusian villa located in the center of beautiful and white village of Casares

This beautiful property is located in the center of the village of Casares of Arab origin but built by the Romans. Located in the province of Malaga between Marbella and Gibraltar and 15 km from the sea. It is a town that has managed to resist the onslaught of progress while maintaining unchanged its charm Andalusian flavor.

The house, recently restored in full and at the top of the village, dating from the eighteenth century. Its privileged situation, very close to a parking area, close to several bars and restaurants, making it a very pleasant place to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The house has three entrances at different levels. Accessing through the front door, through a typical Andalusian patio planters and table to enjoy a nice drink, we enter the dining room with extendable round table that seats 8 people and a fireplace. In the next room is the kitchen, completely renovated and completely. On the same floor it is one of the 3 rooms with 2 beds and a toilet. On the second floor, which is accessed by a beautiful staircase, it is the lounge, which features a single sofa bed and television for those moments of entertainment. Also are the other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and a bathroom. On the third floor is the wonderful terrace with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the village of Casares and the National Park, and enjoy wonderful views of the sunset.
