2 bedrooms, pool, roof terrace, about 450 m to the Playa Burriana,

Attractive apartment located in a private complex close to the beach and downtown. Input directly from the street with parking space and a small patio outside the entrance with a small table and two chairs.

The apartment has 2 terraces one of which is equipped with a table, four chairs, the other with 2 sunbeds. Direct access to the pool and access to the roof terrace.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Nerja just 10-15 minutes walk from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol "Playa Burriana". Along the pleasant promenade you will find some of the most popular outdoor restaurants and various pubs. Also some stores for shopping if you do not want to go into those central areas. In the center around the Balcon Europa is a wide selection of both shops and restaurants.

We were first time in Nerja 2004. Now we been here many times since and decided to buy our own apartment in this very picturesque city with its narrow streets all the restaurants, lovley beaches and very close to everything.

Nice place

We spent one nice week in Nerja at the apartment of Otto and Ann-Mari. The apartment is located close to the beach and you can even walk to the city-center. In the apartment you can find all the things you need for your stay. Nerja is a good place to start for trips to the alhambra or the surrounding villages.

We enjoyed our stay there. Thank you very much.

Vi var 4 voksne der tilbragte 7 pragtfulde dage i smukke Nerja. Boligen var perfekt til os og havde hvad vi havde behov for. Ligger i smuk natur, med udsigt fra tag terrassen til havet, bjerge og Nerja by, som er virkelig betagende. Gå afstand til alt, så det er ikke nødvendigt med bil leje, men man skal være forberedt på der er en god stigning til lejligheden fra stranden..selvom det kun tager små 10min.

God, venlig og hjælpsom dialog med Otto og Ann Mari.

Perfectly located and really nice apartment in Nerja!

We spent our vacation in this apartment for the second time this summer and everything is just as great as it was last year we went here! The apartment is perfect, it's fresh, cozy and very homely. The beds are really comfortable, the pool is just outside the door and the location couldn't be better! It's a five/ten minutes walk to the beach and a lot of nice restaurants. Everything is in walking distance, even the old town of Nerja which also provides with a lot of fantastic restaurants and amazing wiews over the sea. The kitchen in the apartment is perfect if you like to eat at home as well. There's a small store only one minute from the apartment and two big supermarkets are nearby. This place is great for just a couple, some friends or a family, there's something for everyone here. We will definately come back!

La literie était parfaite. Il ne manquait absolument rien. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et reactive en cas de soucis dans l'appartement. residence calme a proximité de la plage. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Here are nine beaches and whitewashed old quarter with tapas bars, and fruit and vegetable stalls side by side with boutiques and fine restaurants.

Nerja offers the perfect mix of modern Spain and the traditional Andalusia. There is so much to see in this part of Spain to rent a home is the perfect starting point to explore the area at leisure.

In the area around the beach Burriana are many different shops, bars, cafés and restaurants.

From chimenea is easy access to the AP7 Motorway, which is 2.5 km away.

After a walk of about 20 minutes (via Parador), you are in the center and the Balcon of Europe
