This 4th floor apartment benefits from fantastic panoramic views over Antibes. Located at the start of the Cap D' Antibes close to the Salis and Ponteil beaches and short walking distance from Antibes Old Town it is an ideal location.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one double and a second that can be made as a double or a twin, each with a stunning view out of sliding patio doors, a newly refurbished bathroom with bath and shower, separate cloakroom with toilet, spacious sitting room and modern, bright fully equipped kitchen. Although many guests love to eat out, and there are hundreds of restaurants to choose from, if you do want to spend some time enjoying your own home cooking, then the kitchen has plenty of work-surface space and has been kitted out with all the equipement a cook requires, decent peelers and sharp knives included! A balcony runs all around the outside of the flat, offering views of the sea, the Old Town, the Alpes-Maritimes, and the surrounding area. You can follow the sun as it moves around the balcony if you’re a sun worshipper or enjoy dinner on the balcony after it’s gone down.

There is an outdoor swimming pool and Boule area set in mature gardens.

The flat is equipped with internet access and Wi Fi , TV and access to Livebox video service so teenagers need never feel too far away from friends!

An underground parking space is available on request.

Antibes really offers something for everyone. Its packed with bars and restaurants so you need never eat a the same place twice. The Old Town is full of history and atmosphere , the Port area is lively and bustling and Juan Les Pins is is a magnet for teenagers - filled with great boutiques, more bars and more restaurants and go carting if you're that way inclined!

Taking a stroll up to Cap d'Antibes past the lighthouse is always worth the time and if you want to splash out then a visit to Restaurant Bacon which has a stunning view from the tip of the Cap and has earned its Michelin stars comes highly recommended. If you want any other restaurant recommendations just ask - we make it our business to try out as many as possible!

The hill villages are easily accessilbe from Antibes and can be lovely spots to cool off. St. Paul de Vence offers a cornucopia of shops, arts and crafts and some of the most breathtaking views.

A beautiful 2 bedroom apt clean, equipped, pool and a wrap around balcony providing splendid views.

On arriving at L'Oree Du Cap you can't help but notice the lovely kept gardens and cleanliness of the entrance hall and although small, a very welcome sight of a lift (trundling up and down 4 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases was a daunting vision) The apartment itself was perfect, 2 bedrooms clean and comfortable with ample storage and most important air conditioning, a lovely bathroom with an excellent shower, the towels provided were large soft and fluffy, not like the rough small ones you quite often find in some places! The kitchen is of the galley type equipped with everything you may need, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher as well as all the essentials with lots of cutlery and crockery. My favourite room, the living room, was bright, airy, clean and comfortable with a panoramic view, mountains in the distance and a glimpse of the sea and old town Antibes. Equipped with tv, wi-fi and the all essential air conditioning. The wrap around balcony was fantastic and although not that wide there are 2 tables which comfortably sat the 3 of us, perfect for dining, or enjoying the views. To wind each day up, it was lovely to have a drink sitting there by candlelight enjoying the peacefulness. One of the reasons we picked this apartment was it had a swimming pool, we used it most days, even after being out all day and getting back at 7.30pm we still had time for a swim, the temperature of the pool was perfect, being warm, although the shower you take before getting in the pool took you breath away.

There is a local convenience shop about a 5 min walk away towards Old Antibes although we found it quite pricey and preferred the huge Casino supermarket probably a 10 min walk in the opposite direction towards Juan Les Pins. The apartment is ideally located for exploring not only Antibes, Juan Les pins and Cap d'Antibes but all the villages along the coastline as the train station in Juan Les Pins is a 15 mins walk away.

On arrival Kelly was great being able to get us into the apartment early instead of the 4pm arrival time and providing a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, water and a much appreciated bottle of wine, always a good way to start a holiday.

If, or should I say when we return to Antibes, (which if I get my way, we will soon!!) this would be the first place I would check out to see if available. A perfect place a perfect holiday.

Spacious, comfortable apartment walking distance to beach and Old Antibes with fabulous views

This is a wonderful apartment! We'd really like to keep it secret, but since we can't, we hope you have the same amazing weather we did and enjoy the ambiance and food of the Cote D'Azur. This apartment has wonderful views of the mountains that come down to the narrow coast near Nice. A sliver of the Mediterranean Sea is visible from the narrow deck that wraps around the apartment. There are two small tables on the deck where we could eat, sip coffee, drink wine, and watch the sun set in the evening.

This apartment has a very comfortable, spacious living room with sofas, chairs and a dining table for four. There are two somewhat cramped bedrooms, a large bath and shower room, a decent sized entrance foyer, a "powder room" with WC and sink, and a narrow, but comfortable and well equipped kitchen.

The only drawback to this unit is the tiny garage in the basement. It wasn't big enough for us to squeeze in our medium sized SUV, but there was free parking easily available on the street in the month of May, when we visited.

As promised in the Home Away adverts about the apartment, within a short walk there were a beach, a boulangerie, a cafe, a small grocery, fruit and vegetable market, a pharmacy, and a moderately priced restaurant with al fresco dining. Old Antibes is about a mile walk from the apartment. It had two beach umbrellas and now has two straw beach mats as well.

My wife, my daughter, and I loved this place! It would be suitable for up to a family of four or two couples. We hope it's available again the next time we visit the South of France!

Everything that we were looking for in a vacation rental

Perfect location, walking distance to Salis beach (5 min) and Juan-les-Pins (12 min).

Very well maintain and quiet building. Nice pool. Views and building are nicer in reality than on the picture.

Apartment comes with an underground parking space (small).

Very well equipped kitchen, more than the average vacation rental.

AC unit in each room, sufficient to keep up with the hottest summer days.

Efficient communication with the manager. Provided amenities were a pleasant surprise (bottle of rose, water, soaps, etc...). So you don't need to rush to the store the first night you come in.

Difficult to find a negative point to this rental, and we did quit a few in the past years. So I would definitely recommend it for any family (up to 4) traveling in the area.

Très bel appartement à quelques pas de la plage

L'appartement de Kelly est mignon et à proximité des plages, restaurants et lieux animés.

Il est très bien pour un couple avec 2 enfants.

Bondé de lumière, il est très agréable !

Aucun soucis pour un late check-out ce qui est toujours un plus.

Seul point négatif, la propriété :(

Il y avait de la poussière partout ! Le ménage a été clairement négligé.

Très énervant après avoir payé pour le ménage !

Un point à améliorer pour les prochaines fois.

Schöne Unterkunft, der Bilder entsprechend - außer Pool

Wir hatten schöne 5 Tage in dem Appartement. Alles stimmte. Freundliche Begrüßung und ein kleines Starterpaket waren sehr hilfreich. Ende April war leider aber noch kein Wasser im Pool. Die Tiefgarage ist gut zu haben, leider nur etwas eng. Mit unserem kleinen Mietwagen kamen wir knapp rein. Ansonsten alles tiptop.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour aux portes du Cap d'Antibes. Les lieux sont idéaux pour des vacances en famille. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé (la climatisation est un gros +) et situé près des plages. Et la piscine, peu fréquentée, est très plaisante, surtout aux heures chaudes, ou lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de monde sur les plages! Je recommande vivement cette location.
